The kitchen is fully equipped with updated, stainless appliances and a full-size washer and dryer in the adjacent laundry room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV and those glorious views of the Gulf. Very easy check-in, everything you need for kitchen-2 types of coffee pots, regular and Keurig. good access to wi-fi.Large pool with plenty of chairs.Enjoyed our stay immensely!

The unit was cozy and had a great view. Just a few hiccups when we first arrived. The floors had been swept but were still a bit dirty, nothing we couldn't fix with wiping them up. The kitchen is well stocked with most thing you need to cook. Beds are comfortable! Couch is comfortable. Overall would stay again

Great condo on the beach

This unit is a great location on Miramar Beach. You can not beat the view of the ocean and proximity to the beach. The unit is clean and nice and even come with beach service. We can’t wait to return!

This condo was very clean and even more beautiful in person. The owners are delightful to work with and the pool and beach are gorgeous. We will be returning to this unit for sure.

Perfect for our family of 5!

This was our third stay at the Crescent because we love it so much. The location is perfect. Close to shopping and so many restaurants. We were able to walk to a number of restaurants and shopping areas. The Crescent is a smaller condo complex, so even during the busy season, it is not overly crowded. The complex is quiet, secure and well maintained. The beach area is gorgeous. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Views from the balcony were fantastic. Beds were super comfortable and there was a perfect amount of space for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the double twin beds vs a full bed as they had more of their own space. Having stayed in other units in this complex previously, we could tell that the bathrooms had been updated and larger showers were installed. The showers were great and my kids kept mentioning how much better the bathrooms in the unit are compared to other units. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

I have never spent this time of year at Miramar Beach but it was amazing. We were blessed with wonderful weather and some of the most beautiful sunsets right from our patio. Would go back again in a minute.

Very nice

Overall, is a very nice unit with beautiful view. We had an issue with entry code. but Amy, the owner had a quick response . Definitely, I will be back here.

Incredible vacation

We had a incredible time at the Crescent the condo that we stayed was absolutely beautiful and had everything we were looking for. There were some minor issues after a long day of traveling you want to get into your condo and settle in. For us that was not the case. We received the wrong code not just to our condo but to all the gates, work out room etc . In addition the porch appeared it had not been cleaned. These were minor issues. Overall the condo was beautiful and we would stay again if available.

Great Place to stay.

This location is great place to vacation, the condo was very nice, the only recommendation I would make is the Managment Group should consider put in a guest grilling area, other than that this place is perfect!

Beach vacation getaway

Had an amazing stay, very clean and well stocked. The master bed was a little hard, but everything else made up for it. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice condo

We loved our stay but there were a few things that need attention. The master bedroom needs a new mattress and pillows. The guest bedroom should not be more comfortable than the master. The lighting should be updated. There were light bulbs out in EVERY room. Living, kitchen, both bedrooms and bath. We switched some around to be where most needed but it was frustrating. Overall we loved the condo but for the price, these should not be issues

Lack of communication

The condo was updated and clean, so it was accurately described. The location was fantastic! It’s a smaller complex, so it wasn’t super crowded. The pool was great and it is very family friendly. Having the beach service with chairs and umbrella provided was great! We had an issue with the code provided to us for unlocking our door upon check-in. The front desk told us since we booked through Vrbo they would not be able to help us get in. We contacted the property owner and it took her over 24 hours to respond!!! Thank goodness we were able to get in contact with the cleaning lady who cleans this unit. She gave us her personal code for us to get in and that’s what we ended up having to use all week. The owner did not offer to help out with this issue, so we were very disappointed with the lack of communication. Another negative was the mattresses. They were all horrible!!! The master bedroom mattress was by far the worst! They were an absolute nightmare to sleep on. Other than this issue, the condo itself and complex were great. Just wished the owner would have been more helpful.

Good unit but could been GREAT!

We had an issue entering the condo with the key code that was provided. That wouldn’t have been a big deal if the property manager would have been available to assist us. It took an hour to finally get a response via text. A phone call would have been preferred. Instead she said normally the front desk can help if there are any issues, which they denied -stating since we rented through VRBO we must get ahold of the property manager for assistance. She also said she’d refund our money if we wanted to find another place to stay!?! We found this to be quiet rude and uncalled for. It really set the tone for us in regards to this particular unit. What did she expect, we cancel straight away (after months of planning) and immediately find another suitable unit on July 4th week? So in regards to her professionalism, we’d rate her 1 star. As for the unit itself, the location is great, the pool and beach are nice. Seems like lots of families stay at the Crescent, which was nice since we have kids. There’s an Alvins Island across the street which is convenient for anything you may need. The unit is nicely updated. Plus the 2 chairs & umbrella service at the beach was a nice bonus. The Surf Hut next door is a lively restaurant. The waits can be long, but they text you when your table is ready and since it’s next door, you can wait at the condo or pool or beach. That’s nice when you have kids! There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs and 1 bar of soap for 2 bathrooms, no shampoo (which is on the amenities list) and there was hardly any dish soap and only a couple of trash bags. Considering the price we paid for 7 nights, it would have been nice to not have to go to the store to buy extras of these basics. It’s not a huge deal, but extra thoughtful touches really make a big difference. Overall we rate this unit 4 stars. Could have been 5 with a little more professionalism from the property manager and attention to details.

Perfection!

It was all we hoped for and more. It surpassed my expectations. The beach is right their and the cleanest, most beautiful pool. Sat on balcony many hours reading. I didn’t wish for anything more. Easy location and beach is the best.
