Luxurious Vacation Home, Chateau du Soleil , for Lease: Welcome to your Dream private vacation home, newly built in 2013 and one of the most Magnificent Vacation homes on Siesta Key. From the moment you walk into the Spacious open first floor, you will know you made the perfect choice for a vacation single family home rental on famous Siesta Key. Decorated in a "Beachy" style, you will be Comfortable right away. The main floor has a Fabulous Gourmet kitchen with huge island fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes and pans you will need. There is a separate bar area with stools. The dining room table easily seats 7 so there is plenty of room for all the family to be together. The large sliding glass door opens to an expansive deck overlooking the pool area. The main floor also has a Queen size bedroom and a full bathroom with unique, pebble floor shower.
Upstairs are three bedrooms including the palatial master King bedroom with a private outside balcony. With its partial Ocean View, it's a great retreat for sipping a margarita and watching the sun set. The master bath has an elegant pedestal tub to soak your cares away. There is also a separate stall shower with rain shower head drenching you in cascading droplets. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, with access to the front facing balcony. Bedroom three features a Great Kids Room, with two sets of bunk beds they will surely enjoy. An adjacent full size bathroom is shared by both guest bedrooms. The second floor laundry has a full size washer and dryer.
The Heated Salt water pool (heated to 84 F. November thru March) is located on the ground floor and invites you to the refreshing sound of its flowing waterfall. The outside shower, tables, chairs, and lounges are for your comfort while sitting and relaxing pool side.
Siesta Key Beach is only a quick block and a half stroll to the powdery white sand and turquoise Gulf of Mexico waters. Siesta Key Village is an easy walk three blocks away following the village sidewalks. There you will find leisurely dining and shopping for all. Everything necessary is at hand to enjoy a Wonderful Vacation on the Isle of Siesta Key.

This was our 2nd time staying at Chateau.Our host, Jay was very helpful and a good communicator. House was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Pool area outside was very nice. A wagon with beach chairs, toys and anything needed for the beach was in the garage. Check in was easy. We will be staying with Jay again m, he was a pleasure to work with.

I was very impressed with the property and the coordination for check-in. We were informed the morning of travel that we were available to check-in after 12:00 which was 4 hour sooner than original documented time. The kitchen was stocked and everything was available for any cooking, slicing, and meal prep. I also really appreciated that they provide a roll of paper towels, a sponge, and dish washing tablets.I did want to note that I had a couple instances where I had to raise something to the owner and found that he was very responsive, friendly, and appreciative of our troubleshooting. We felt he was very approachable and actively wanting to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Property for a Group

I am so happy we found this property for our family vacation! We had 6 adults and 3 children (6 and under), and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is nice and big so multiple people can be in there at the same time and not feel like you are on top of each other. The pool was a favorite for everyone! It is larger than it looks in the photos. The perfect size for our group. This was by far the best stocked VRBO that I have stayed in and Jay was fantastic when it came to communicating. The walk to the beach was very short and the walk to the village was not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

The house was very clean, Jay was very responsive and easy to work with. The location is close to the village and a short walk to the beach. The host has provided everything you could need in the home. We loved having the pool in the yard when the wind picked up on the beach. I hope to be able to stay at this property again.

Siesta Key family reunion

Three families converged into one happy mass at Chateau du Soleil, and it was great to come back to the “Yellow House” again together. Open plan, spacious, well stocked for food and fun in the sun. We saw very little of that last in this historic January 2025 cold wave, but we still enjoyed fresh brisk beach walks.

Highly recommended

This is our 2nd year at Chateau du Soleil and this is our go to property. The host Jay is excellent to deal with. He responds promptly to all correspondence. The property is immaculate and has everything to offer for a family. It’s so close to the beach you can walk there within Seven minutes or drive to park within 2 minutes. I can’t say enough about our experience at this property and how much we love it.

Perfect for family.

6 adults, one 7 year old and twin 2 year olds.The house was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of dishes, appliances and eating utensils. Having a private pool was convenient. A very short walk to the beach. I highly recommend staying at this home.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My family stayed at CHATEAU du SOLEIL this past week and found it to be a great vacation home for a beach vacation. Jay was a great host. He sent easy instructions to get into the house and it was just as described. The house was clean, had a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a big screen tv and lots of game and puzzles, comfortable beds and accommodated our family of 8 very well. The walk to the beach was easy and a wagon to carry toys to the beach as well as a tent for shade were provided. The beach itself is clean and not crowded at this access point. If you want to grab an ice cream or coffee or a quick meal, Siesta Key Village is also a short walk away.

8 of us including 2 toddlers. Loved the private pool which had just enough sun/shade to accommodate everyone’s wants. House was in a great location and very nice. We would definitely stay again. Host was very communicative and helpful.

Siesta Key

This accommodation was awesome for 6 adults and a 1 and a 3-year-old. Thank you for having small condiments (salt, pepper, some spices, some items such as ketchup and mustard) and a well equipped kitchen. The pool was perfect and yard fencing and trees provided privacy. The location was perfect for walking to beach and town. The gator cart was perfect for taking to the beach. Thank you for sharing this home. We really enjoyed our vacation in Siesta Keys.

We Found Our Forever Home!

This delightful property is a home away from home! It is sparkly clean, beautifully decorated and walking distance to beach and town. The layout was perfect for our mixed age group, ranging from 6 to 80! The beds are so comfortable you might sleep too much :) The pool, the foliage and the balconies compete with the spectacular beaches. No one wanted to leave. We found our forever Siesta Key home! Thank you for our best vaca ever.

Excellent house for family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at CHATEAU du SOLEIL. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and pool. The close proximity to the beach made it easy to go multiple times a day. It was nice to be able to walk to Siesta Key Village for ice cream and dining out. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. The indoor spaces were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach home in paradise

Our stay at Siesta Key Beach was perfect. The home provided everything you could possibly need, including spices for cooking. The appliances were top notch and more than ample in size. The kitchen was large enough for multiple cooks at one time. Seating throughout the great room and islands provided inclusion for all. Bathrooms were large. The master suite was wonderful; hard to leave behind. Beach toys and chairs, umbrellas were a nice plus. Could not have asked for anything else. We would definitely return to this beach home.
