This bright and cheerful 2 bedroom condominium is conveniently located close to the spa/pool area and the shuttle stops.

The living room has a balcony, a 45" flat screen TV and a DVD player. A full bath is located on this level. The brightly lit kitchen has a balcony that steps outside with easy access to the spa/ pool area. The loft has a master bedroom with pretty country decor, a queen bed and a balcony. A second bedroom in the loft has 1 twin bed and 1 bunk bed and a 45" flat screen TV. A full bath is located on this level. A third level provides another sleeping area with a queen bed.

The HOA rules do not allow for pets in any of the units. Thank you for observing this strictly enforced policy! Shared coin laundry machine facility onsite

Sierra Villas Mammoth Lakes

Have stayed at Sierra Villa's before and like the location within the complex. Well stocked unit with everything we need. Near the bus stop to get up the mountain. Also close to stores and restaurants.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I always rent a condo at the Sierra Park Villas.. for 20 years. I was really disappointed this time in unit 20: no shampoo, no spouge, no pepper, no TV channels (only internet streaming)... This stuff should be basic for condo rentals.

Ski trip

Great location to walk to restaurants. Short walk to parking. Condo was great and very clean. Our only complaint is all the mattresses are on the hard side.

NO RESPONSE ever.Covid non-contact is not an excuse for poor service from Mngt Co. To renters/owners: the Mngt Co does not pickup calls, respond to VM nor emails.

Excellent condo with a great location

We really enjoyed this condo! The rooms were decorated in a cozy inviting manner, the location was great and the beds were so comfortable it made it hard to get up! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and spacious rental

Our group stayed here for a ski weekend and were satisfied with the unit. It was more than big enough for six adults and we liked the easy access to parking along Sierra Nevada road. We also appreciated the clear check-in instructions management provided us as we arrived after hours and had to use the office's lockbox.

Short stay

We are a group of climbers/backpackers coming from many places, San Diego to Southern Oregon. It works much better for us to stay together in a house/condo rather than a hotel for organizing, particularly so to sequester and not go out for meals with Covid (note that everybody in the group was Covid tested negative within a couple days of coming to Mammoth). This property worked perfectly for our group of 6.

Summer 2020 Mammoth Trip

Very clean and accommodating for our group. Liked the condo and the complex. Quite location and close to town central.

Nice place near town and near lakes

The cabin’s decoration is a little outdated but overall this was a comfortable place to stay. There were some maintenance issues like the sink on the left side was clogged and the shower on the second floor had a loose shower head, but nothing that disturbed too much our stay. The property manager at the office was very friendly and even got us a new wine opener since the one that was available didn’t work. We enjoyed our time by the beautiful lakes. If you plan on using the balcony just note that there is something stored on the balcony by the living room so we couldn’t really take advantage of that. The cost benefit still paid off for this property since the location was great and the kitchen had pretty much all we needed to do some cooking. Thank you!
