Welcome to Buster's Beach Condo your "Home away from home!" The Summerhouse has it all, and it is located directly on the world's most
beautiful beach! The Summerhouse has wireless internet, 24- hour security, picnic and grill area, tennis court, shuffle board, racquetball court, game room, which also includes 3 pool tables, gazebo, hot tub, two large swimming pools (one of which is heated in the off season) and a large kiddie pool for the little ones. Our movies by the pool, face painting, and karaoke
are back for the summer!
We have a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. It was newly updated and refurbished. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Modern decor with fully equipped kitchen. Crown molding throughout. Luxuriously decorated. Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated Smoking area. NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Minutes from the infamous Captain Anderson's Restaurant (The panhandle's most popular restaurant) and other great restaurants like Salt Water Grill, Firefly, Grand Marlin, Schooners, J. Michael's, Pine Apple Willie's, Dat Cajun Place, C Level and many others.

Minutes from multiple attractions such as Emerald Falls Family Recreation, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Panama City Beach Winery, Zoo World, Gulf World (great show with the dolphins) bumper boats, go carts as well as Championship Golf in the Panama City Beach area.

We had the best 4th of July week at Summer House 805A! Terri was very friendly and helpful. Summer House is a great place to stay. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Family Condo

This condo and location was the perfect choice for my family. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, has all the needed amenities as well as beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, pool noodles and floats. It’s located far enough off of the strip to stay away from the traffic, but still the perfect distance to all of the great restaurants and shopping that PCB has to offer. The owner was FANTASTIC to work with and we can’t wait to stay again next year!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful condo on the beach in Panama City Beach over the 4th of July weekend, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the stunning views of the sparkling ocean and pristine sandy beaches took our breath away. The condo itself was immaculate and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen made it easy to relax and enjoy meals together. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing and sipping coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise was simply magical.One of the highlights of our stay was the 4th of July festivities. The beach was alive with excitement, and we were perfectly positioned to enjoy the spectacular fireworks display right from our beach chairs. It was a fantastic way to celebrate the holiday with family and friends, all while being surrounded by the beauty of nature.The location of the condo couldn't have been better, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. We spent our days lounging on the beach, swimming in the warm Gulf waters, and exploring the charming nearby areas. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway, especially during such a festive time like the 4th of July. First Trip to Gulf Waters

Our crew of four stayed here for spring break. - king bed in master bedroom with in suite bathroom - queen bed in guest room perfect for our two children to sleep in - condo is comfortably appointed. We enjoy cooking and eating out. There was plenty to cook meals and conveniently located to great establishments to eat. - comfortable chairs/table and seating area. We found it very easy to sit and relax and enjoy the views of the beach. - the condo is on the 8th floor and an end unit. Perfect views of the beach and pools. No issues with elevator access…lots of movement but easy to get on when you need to. Never used the stairs. -patio chairs were a joy for an afternoon nap. - two pools- one heated the other is not. We used both of them as did the others. Pools are clean and maintained. Plenty of poolside chairs and seats. - access to the beach is EASY! - trash is dropped in a convenient chute right next to the condo. Made cleaning up and hauling out the trash so simple. - we used the washer/dryer with no issues. Was great to have them inside the condo. - fridge and freezer are full size. Plenty of room for your groceries. - we used the pool tables on the main floor once; was nice to have them available. - overall condo had great parking. Was safe. Good visibility of the management always on duty inside the front door. - check in was a breeze. Wristbands get you in and out and provides visibility that everybody you see is part of the condo system. At first we thought it was going to be a bother. Turned out to be a solid system of keeping everything safe. - this condo is perfect for two beds. A sleeper sofa was available but not usually a welcome alternative to a bed. Our two young ones fit just fine and comfortable in the queen bed. Had their own bathroom and shower too. - solid vacation location; reliable unit to live in. Others that were there for spring break seemed to match up well with us giving a place with plenty of adults and some kiddos too. Not rowdy or noisy. Place gets nice a quiet at night and seems to be nice and still in the morning as the pool opens at 8. - if you need to hear some waves for a a few days and enjoy a comfortable well appointed condo this may be for you. - Terri is a fantastic host. Responsive, helpful, connected, but not at all invasive.

Most fabulous place!!!

This was a fabulous condo!!!! I loved everything about it. Everything we needed was provided, even beach gear!!!! The location was perfect. We were able to get where we needed with ease. The condo was pristine and the views were amazing!!! There was plenty of parking as well, and it was 4th of July!!! I highly recommend this condo for a beach getaway. I have stayed at other condos in the past, but this one was the greatest by far.

Great time

Condo was very spacious and clean. The decor was up to date and had everything we needed and more. Communication with the manager of the property was exceptional and answered all questions we had. Beachfront view was beautiful and also view of the pools. Convenient to restaurants and local events. Had a wonderful stay without one complaint. If we ever go back, we are definitely staying here!!

Excellent Location

This condo is fully equipped. My family of 4 stayed here in July 21. The 2 pools are perfect and never felt too packed. The beach is the shortest possible distance away. Not even 5 mins to the ocean. So close we did not even bring beach chairs. We just walked to the ocean from the condo. Communication with the owner was perfect. She assisted with an early checkin and made sure we were all set during our stay. We would happily return.

Fun at the beach.

Everything went well. Enjoyed the condo & all of the amenities. Terri worked very hard resolving what few issues we had. Sometimes late into the night. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

Great beach location.

The beach is perfect for sunbathing and watching the sunset. The water was relatively calm and shallow for quite a distance.

Perfect Home

Great furnishings, super upscale and worth the price. Was a last minute trip as our annual Aruba trip was cxl due to covid. Beach is awsome, sand squishes like corn starch lol. water is clear at certain times depending on clouds and wind. 3 days and the ocean looked much like aruba. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only downside for us was a 9 hour drive, would fly next time...
