Wonderful property

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The condo has huge windows with a gorgeous view of the view. Pleasant water crashing sounds. Right next door to 1 Hotel and its amenities. Definitely recommend.

Great view, great property

This property was well stocked, well maintained and a great place for our family vacation. The kitchen was amazing with a huge kitchen island, plenty of space. The views were spectacular. We will certainly be back to visit and would highly recommend this property to other travelers 5 stars across the board!

Pretty good

It was a pleasant property. But misleading on "ocean views" Both of my stays that meant overlooking a dirt parking lot and peering through power lines.

Aloha Lynn, and mahalo for your review. We're not sure why you think our listing is misleading; there are several photos taken of the view from the home. The parking lot is paved and on the other side of the property from any windows, and there are absolutely no power lines obstructing the view.

Perfect Spot

Beautiful property located right by the cliff with stunning sunset views. The layout of the unit is perfect and gives plenty of space for the whole family. The communication with the management was easy and to the point. Highly recommended

Idyllic

Lovely modern condo It was great for us as we were traveling with our single adult son. It might be a disappointment somewhat for two couples as there is the huge master suite that’s great but the 2nd bedroom is quite small (perhaps originally a small off space, etc.). Right on the cliff’s edge with great terraces. Proximity to groceries is excellent and just a couple minutes from Hanalei. Loved being there.

Reviewer Comments: I found out at the last minute that I needed to fly to Kauai for a business matter and Oceanfront Realty International was able to provide me with beautiful accomodations in Princeville that had phenomenal ocean views and everything that I could've asked for considering my last minute need. I would definitely use Oceanfront Realty for any future bookings.

Great Kauai Princeville location

Excellent overall experience. Everything you need is in the well appointed condo. Location and views are spectacular. LR furniture is outdated and a bit worn from sun. Kitchen and island is fantastic. Washer and dryer worked well. Master BR is nice with nice walk in shower. The 2 AC units are great but in LR and DR. Plenty of ceiling fans and portable fans so temp was fine throughout. Lots of Construcrion around the unit and our entry way was surrounded by construction materials from next door. Overall nice place and you won’t be disappointed by the view! Mahalo!

The views are gorgeous, the location was perfect, and the kitchen was fantastic for cooking and entertaining the rest of my family that were staying upstairs in #310. Everything we needed for the beaches was in the condo and the kitchen was beyond fully stocked with everything anyone could need/want. Directions from LIHUE were perfect, unit was clean, and check in was a breeze. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Kauai.

Two issues: 1) the beach chairs have rotted from being stored outside on the balcony. 2) The TV stations accessible are terrible; no local TV, no access to cable stations. The access was to hundreds of one subject station cable stations. The old adage works here "hundreds of stations, nothing on".

The good and the bad

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was recommended by a friend who has stayed there a number of times, so we signed-up without reservation. We picked out the one we wanted and then were unexpectedly moved out of that one into another which was being renovated and had construction junk and dirt outside the front door, as well as being pretty dated. Nobody told us that part or we probably would have chosen a different location. The roof windows leaked when it rained causing water puddles on the tile floor, the wifi wasn't hooked up initially, and we didn't receive a pool key, making for a bit of a rough start. A couch was rented for our use, and it was filthy and smelled like wet dog hair. The management had covered it with our beach towels to hide the stains and smell. Jaymi was great and fixed as many things as she could. They did refund one night's rent in response. We definitely had been downgraded from our initial choice 'at no additional expense' to us. This is not an inexpensive property and we were disappointed with those aspects of our stay. I recommend making sure you really know what you're getting before committing.Would recommend the property with caution.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views where great and at night the shooting stars and all the stars you could see - wonderful. A couple days we could see the fish jumping out of the water from our place - so nice.Overall of the place - needs updated - view was great - Stars at night plus shooting stars overnight - Wonderfull. Hate to say that the minor things really effect things - no batteries working in the remotes, lights burnt out, AC cannot keep up, no extra sheets or blankets to put on the really old couch that was gross and we had to use our beach towels on it to sit on it. The patio had all the AC condensing water sitting on it and all cracked up. Electrical outlets and lights not working. Second bedroom no AC. The shower in the master didn't work but I notified the rental agency and they sent someone out the same day which was great and fixed it.Hate to be a downer but the place really needs updated A LOT for the money we paid. I first time to Hawaii and we were disappointed at the place we stayed.Hopefully the owner see's this so they get things updated for future guests.

Tiles outside, cabinet doors, furniture faded and dated, no extra sheets or blankets. For a property worth so much, a little spending would go along way and put a cherry on top of vacation stays at this property. Great beach access to Pui Pui and Hidden Beach. I would love to stay here again with suggested updates. Also AC does not work and needs to be cleaned.

Paradise Redefined

We absolutely loved the place and its location. It’s hard to Express the beauty of this view and therefore the location of the property. We found the place very satisfying in every way. If we had an issue they were able to troubleshoot it immediately for us on the phone and we found the property manager to be very responsive. We highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to return in the future.
