A beautiful, unobstructed view of the deep blue Pacific Ocean and coral reef from every room! Our condo is located on an ocean bluff having the luxury of a 180 degree view of blue water from every room. Along with magical waves, you will see outrigger paddlers and sea kayaks and other boats of various descriptions. Watching whales spending their winter vacation here from about December to April while the females give birth. See turtles feeding directly below our building on the reefs at Turtle Cove. See fishermen in the surf on the reef at the beach. Viewing exceptional rainbows almost every day. Watch and listen to magic of the waves while you drift off to sleep.

The smell of ocean breeze is so invigorating and peaceful. Located in beautiful Princeville the golfing resort and next door to Hanalei Bay. We're surrounded by the most beautiful beaches in Kauai - Pu'u Poa, Hideaway, Tunnels, Kealia, Hanalei, Anini, Kauapea (Secret), Ke'e, Blackpot, Kalihiwie, Lumahai, Waikoko, and many more! There is so much to do in this area, from relaxing to playing.

I enjoy so much to make people happy, while on vacation here in the most beautiful location on earth, North Shore Kauai. My guests' happiness is my happiness.This is my newest condo, but I also have 2 other condos here in Princeville. Spectacular Oceanfront Condo at Hideaways Beach, Bali Hai Views, AC all rooms

The condominium is spacious about 1200 square feet and has been completely updated. The unit is all on one level, located on the main floor of the building, just 5 steps up from the parking lot. All rooms have A/C and ceiling fans, as well as ample windows if you want the ocean breeze flowing through. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. There are tile floors throughout, and granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, custom shower in both bathrooms state of the art, 5 start hotel. There is an on site pool with chairs, BBQ grills, restrooms and an outdoor shower. There is plenty of free private parking right front of building. Entire complex is private drive and parking. Tennis and Pickleball are available at the nearby Makai Club with no charge.

The master bedroom has a king mattress, spacious ensuite master bathroom with dual headed marble and glass shower area and hydromassage tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and also spacious bathroom with dual headed marble and glass shower area located just across the hall. We also have a baby crib, and a play-n-pak available on request.

Open kitchen with island, bright with natural light, and fantastic ocean views. Updated stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee combo, toaster, mixer, and well-stocked with lots of plates, cups, cooking utensils, a full spice rack, etc. Anything you might need to prepare a meal is in the kitchen, which makes it really easy to buy food at the grocery store without needing to get every spice or condiment you might need to accompany your meal.

Communications and electronic gear include a 52" LCD HD flat screen television in the living room, a 39" flat screen television in the master bedroom. Cable TV is provided for both TVs and there is a high speed internet and Wi Fi (wireless) connection.

Beach paraphernalia include boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, and toys. Beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels for both pool and ocean days.

We have a washer & dryer and provide shower supplies such as shampoo, condition, and soap. All the amenities needed so that you can pack light.
