Gorgeous Private Oasis with Lakefront View, NEW LISTING

Welcome to my home!

****First and foremost, extra cleaning measures are being taken to insure every guest has a safe and sanitary place to relax during this COVD-19 crisis. Cleaning has always been a priority but we are going above and beyond to wipe down all surfaces and components in between stays. In addition, entry is now keyless/contactless so these is less risk of contamination.

This is the perfect week/weekend getaway for anyone looking for serenity or to entertain some guests. The main feature is the beautiful outdoor pool directly next to a private cove. There is dock access if you wanted to bring a boat or jet skis, with it being about a 5 minute ride to the soon-to-open Margaritaville. The house is located in the decadent Walden Country Club area with easy access to shopping.

The property features multi-floor sprawling decks with an outdoor kitchen. There's plenty of room to sleep up to 12 guests comfortably and 5 different doors that go to the outdoor decking and pool. Fishing is excellent right off the boat dock as Lake Conroe features some of the best fishing in the country.

We have recently updated our internet accessibility by adding a mesh wifi system. This makes the property not only great for those looking to entertain, but also the business professional looking to work remotely. Our current download speeds are 400Mbps from waters edge to the front yard, making it easy to work anywhere on the property!

The house is beautiful! Every guest that walked in was in shock by how gorgeous it is. The pictures do not do justice. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

Great house on the Lake

Jacob and Justin were great to work with and the house was pretty amazing! Great to have a pool and be right by the water. Added bonus was the double decker back patio! Lots of outdoor space to enjoy along with a well furnished interior.

Great Lake House

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is bigger than we imagined with plenty of space for everyone. Our only complaint is that the living room was very dark at night. The overhead light was having issues and would only blink on for a few seconds at a time. There were also track lights in the living room, but 2 out of the 4 bulbs were burned out. Luckily my group brought a bright ring light with us which totally saved the day. The property manager was very responsive and concerned about this issue, but there was nothing he could do for us during our stay since I'm assuming it was an electrical issue. Overall, we had a great time and I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a Lake House getaway.

Best Lake House

Our group was greatly impressed with the house, the pictures don’t do it justice! We had 12 adults and had no lack of room and comfort. We rented a party barge one day and having a boat dock at the house made it that much better. Jacob, the property manager, was great to work with; he made booking, check in, and check out a breeze. If i ever find myself back on Lake Conroe this will definitely be the place I stay.

Perfect for our needs

Enjoyed a multi-day birthday getaway at the lake with family and friends. House was perfect for our needs. Spacious. Clean. Loved the pool, grill, gathering areas, decks and use if the private boat slip. We will return again.

Relaxing getaway.

Just nice to get away from home and enjoy the scenery of the lake and pool. Enjoyed cooking on 2nd floor patio while watching sports on outdoor tv. Owner and management company representative were very responsive to questions. Lots of food options near by. If you have boat or can get out on the lake it is very nice and a lot of beautiful homes to see along the shore. Great place to spend time with family!

Excellent Weekend Stay

Everything about the home was as stated. We had a family reunion with women of all ages. It was a perfect location with beautiful views and plenty of sleeping areas. Everyone voted to rent the same house for next years get together.

Overall great place!

Had a group of 10 people stay over the weekend. Plenty of space for everyone. Best part is the pool with the overlooking balcony/grill area. Place looks even better in person! Can't forget the property manager, Jacob - he made this a very easy process and is very accessible. Thanks again Jacob!

Great home with plenty of room.

The home is big. Clean. Lots of switches. Hard to tell what each one belongs to. Nice pool. Quiet neighborhood. WiFi is not good. Cleaning lady was sweet. Manager was good and easy to work with.

Too many switches? Lol. We will have the electrican come in and remove all the accent lights, bar lights, patio lights and just put a green for go and red for no in. Should help you understand next time. Sorry if it gave you a headache. WiFi is 500 mbps. It’s a big property. Surprisingly in the middle of the lake the signal isn’t very strong.

Great family getaway

Had a small college graduation get together and had a wonderful and relaxing time at the house for a long weekend. Everything we needed was either there or not far from the property. Thank you Justin for allowing us to stay at your home, our graduate enjoyed every minute!

Not ready for prime time

Note: our first evening as we checked in, the whole Walden electrical grid with some exceptions lost power due to Hurricane Laura; luckily we had old friends in the area with whom we could stay. The owner refused to refund our first night’s rental. Additionally, the property was dirty.Everyone who went barefoot ended up with blackened soles. In the shared bath, there was long black hair hanging from the shower head as well as hair from the nether regions on the floor. Same long hair appeared in the freezer compartment in the kitchen!There was ONE small lamp in the whole house. The only decorative elements in the whole house which was painted in shades of brown, were dusty, fake ivy strands. Nothing on walls. Minimal furniture. Gloomy! Master bed was so high we had to borrow a step stool! There were multiple stairs entering and within house - none with banisters or railings. Not easy to to get clear directions to WiFi login. Good points: beds were new and comfortable, kitchen adequately equipped and pool was lovely. Disappointed in the owner. The local property manager was responsive when called but didn’t actually do anything. If we had not had other accommodations I’m sure we would have been told “tough luck” as we sweated in the dark!
