To clarify, the property address and check-in information were shared multiple times prior to arrival. The Highland Avenue address referenced is our office , which is approximately a two-minute walk from the home. The property location itself was clearly provided before check-in few times. Regarding air conditioning, this home does not advertise A/C. Many homes located this close to the shoreline in Manhattan Beach do not have air conditioning due to the typically mild coastal weather. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan, and a remote control is provided for each fan. We would also like to clarify that the living room TV uses only two remotes. If there was any confusion operating the system, we would have been happy to assist had we been contacted during your stay.
