Thank you for sharing your feedback. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests who may be considering the property. The furniture and its appearance are accurately represented in the photos on our VRBO listing, so guests are able to review the furnishings prior to booking. Regarding the lake level, water levels are naturally variable and are outside of our control. Unfortunately, lower water levels can affect access to the pontoon depending on conditions at the time of a guest’s stay. The television does offer free live TV, and guests also have the option to sign into their own streaming services if they prefer. A personal Samsung account is not required to use the television’s available free content. We appreciate your positive comments about the peaceful setting and views and hope this clarification is helpful to future guests when determining whether the property and its amenities are the right fit for their stay.
