Indigo E1503 is a professionally decorated home boasting incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. Come ready to relax in this 15th-floor east condo, over 1,600 square feet with a semi-private entry from the elevator into your private foyer. Indigo E1503 accommodates up to seven guests comfortably. This condo is decorated with inviting coastal furnishings and décor, providing a true “home away from home” from the moment you enter.

Upon entering, you will find the spacious foyer area. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, and a private north balcony boasting spectacular views of Old River, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Perdido Key. The primary bedroom offers its own private oasis from the moment you enter. Enjoy sleep-filled nights resting comfortably with a premium mattress, Gulf-front balcony access, and an attached bathroom with gleaming travertine floors and a separate glass and travertine tiled shower. The well-equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. An elegant tile backsplash adorns the kitchen, complementing the upscale and coastal ambiance of this gorgeous condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was a beautiful unit and well stocked. Furniture was comfortable and the view is amazing. Only 1 issue the dryer sounded like it was going to blow up. Called management company and they didn’t return our call or text. Minor but still an issue.

Balcony was nice springs clean just needs another dresser in the front room was good for the week. We stayed. Beach is a small area, especially when they set up all their umbrellas not too many restaurants close by.

Beautiful condo in fabulous complex

Beautiful condo on 15th floor - specific set of elevators deliver guests directly to door. Kitchen adequately stocked. Great outdoor seating on balcony, although screen door was ripped. Complex was resort-like and secure.

Sister beach trip

Very nice condo and complex. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Nice views from both balconies. Quiet and well kept beach and pool area. Definitely will return next spring, if not before!

Nice unit

We have stayed at Indigo for years - they have the nicest pool in the area. This unit was Clean and comfortable. The views were great from the 15th floor! Will definitely want to stay in this unit again.

Needs improvement

The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The garage and pool area are very dark at night, you can barley see who is at the pool at night. The elevators need to be marked on the doors as to which to use. No storage in kitchen for your food in the cabinets. The oven takes 35 minutes to heat. The cookware needs to be updated the skillets are horrible to cook in. Need silverware and bakeware!!! Crockpot doesn’t work. No hangers in closets. All closets have lamps and other items stored there. But we had awesome weather and lots of family time!!!!

Beach stay

This was a great place to stay. Although I do wish that the back room had 2 separate beds rather than the bunk beds. The bunk beds were not sturdy on the top bunk. Therefore, we were unable to sleep on the top bunk.

Nice, but not Great

This is a very nice condo complex. From what I can tell, its run very well. The unit itself was nice and the cleaning crew did well getting it ready (although check-in is not until 4). The beds were comfortable and offered plenty of space for us (2 adults / 3 kids). It didn't seem like we were on top of each other all the time, which was nice. From an entertainment perspective, from what I can tell, the unit does not offer dedicated WIFI, which made it slow. When you pull up the WIFI to connect you can see other units that have set-up their own routers. Washer and Dryer is nice, but the dryer was missing the lint tray cover and made it messy. Unfortunately the beach has been washed away a little bit. I know the complex can't prevent that. It just made it crazy to get a good space on the beach to keep an eye out on the kids. I often had to get up before 6 am to ensure that we got a good space. If you waited until later, you didn't have a chance.

WARNING: Minimal Beach Available In Front of Indigo Buildings

We rented Unit 1503 in Indigo East because we wanted a Gulf View with beachfront access. That should come as no surprise to anyone, and we paid market rates for our rental. The Indigo East building has 20 stories and so probably has 80 - 100 condo units in it, and Indigo West (right next door) has the exact same, but TAKE NOTE, because between these two skyscraper buildings, they had less than 20 feet of usable beachfront available. We stayed in late April and not many folks were there and yet there was no room for us on the beach to put out our umbrella and chairs. When we walked down the boardwalk to enter the beach from the building, the ocean water literally came up to the 4th and 5th steps of the boardwalk so that we had to wade into the ocean in-between waves and then quickly turn back towards the building before we can find any beach to walk on. There was NO disclosure about the lack of beach at the time we rented and so we want help spread the word so that others are not duped into paying full market price for a beachfront condo and then arrive (like we did) only to find out there is no place to put your umbrella and chairs. It's a total shame (and sham quite frankly) and we should have been advised of this at the time of rental. We will NEVER go back to the Indigo condos and will NOT use Vacasa again. The folks on-site told us there were NO plans to restore the beach in front of the Indigo buildings and that in time they hope mother nature will restore the beach but that could take years. Until then, I'd guess their beach can only support less than 1/4th occupancy of one building, much less two buildings.
