The bedroom offers its own comforting environment to truly relax after an action-packed day. The bathroom offers a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The fully equipped kitchen includes all utensils, appliances and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of space for the whole family. The dining table seats four guests and there are two additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar, for added convenience. Step into the inviting living room, boasting matching furnishings and décor, along with a TV. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a fun day of soaking up the sun on the beach or simply exploring all that Navarre Beach has to offer.

Amazing stay at Navarre

First time traveling to Navarre, we loved the town. This was the perfect place to stay. Close to everything! Easy walk to the beach and bay! Clean room and amazing property! Very spacious.

Perfect beach spot

Loved the view from the balcony. Short walk to public beach access. Great shower accessory for cleaning off after a beach day. It is on the 2nd floor so prepare yourself from stairs. Will likely book this condo in the future!

perfect!

Everything about this condo was exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The supplied essentials were enough to get get us through our four night stay. Wifi & tv worked perfectly. Comfy beds, nice water pressure, and plenty of towels! Very convenient location. We would definitely stay again!

Would stay there again

The property is under renovation. The balcony was not accessible. Would not recommend staying here with small children that would be napping during the day. Construction was daily and loud but we were not in the unit much during this time. The master shower never worked and property manager never resolved the matter. Couldn't get the TV in the living room to work and property manager never resolved it only acknowledged our text and never got back with us. I inquired about construction BEFORE booking and was informed "There is not any construction at this time, however, the HOA has the right to do construction at any time it is needed." With that being said the construction was and is CLEARLY an ongoing project. I did receive a phone call the day before departure to let me know that construction was in progress. We did not mind but if I had small children who needed a nap then it would have been a MAJOR problem. The lack of problem solving provided by property management was a bit irritating especially with the master shower and how to operate it. We would stay here again but not sure I would be willing to pay much more than what we did. The location and the area is great! Unit was clean and well stocked for our needs (coffee maker and refrigeration). No ice.

Little slice of heaven

My family and I are in love with this perfect little spot. Everything was exactly as described and perfect for the 4 of us. However, I do think it would be pushing it space wise to sleep 6 comfortably. It would be a bit crowded in my opinion. It was perfect for 4. I loved that I could walk out the condo door and be sitting in my beach set up in literally 5 minutes. It is also 30 minutes away from both Pensacola and Destin. The drives either direction are absolutely gorgeous.

Family trip

Condo was perfect! Other than the neighbors upstairs running and pounding on your floor/head all night! Not sure if the mother lives there with the 5 kids or was vacationing but it was miserable because of them constant running and I mean all night 2-6am!

Just what we needed.

This place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Entire place was clean and fresh. It was right across the street from 39b beach access and included setup for 2 chairs and an umbrella. My toddler loved the cute bunk beds in the wall. The bed was comfy and the extra fan had us sleeping soundly. Check in and check out was very simple, no time wasted with that. We would definitely use Vacasa again.

Just what we needed

We come to Navarre every year & usually stay at The Pearl but our regular place was already rented out for the dates we needed. This place was quaint and cute and perfect for a family of 3. You can see the beautiful sunset every night right in front of the living room window. The master bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on (better than our regular place) & the beach is just a short walk across the street. Upon arrival, we noticed there was a new roll of paper towels, TP, 2 garbage bags, a packet of dishwasher and laundry tablets and a new sample bottle of dish detergent and sponge. That is very helpful seeing as guest would probably not want to go to the store after traveling all day to get these items-it’s enough for at least 2 nights. We went to the pool but we’re turned off due to the fact that it was FILTHY! It was covered in hair, debris & garbage. Not to mention there was some white substance on the pool deck in standing water. We contacted Vacasa who took care of the issue quickly. Some things to point out that didn’t impact our stay but may be helpful for guest in the future: there are no seasonings or mixing bowls. Not even s&p. Not sure if it’s just because they just throw everything out after every guest so be sure to bring your own. The bathrooms are very small & the toilet paper holder in the master is located under the sink so you have to reach all the way back to get it-kind of uncomfortable. We were a little disappointed that there was no outside furniture as it shows in the pics. We definitely missed that, especially at night. There was hair in the shower & on rug in the master that we mentioned to the girl who came to inspect the unit right as we arrived. She said she got the hair in the shower but not on the rug bc her vacuum was broke. However, when we got in the shower later, the hair was still there- I ended up vacuuming the hair up with the vacuum I found in the closet. There was a ton of long, gray hair on the couches, too, that I vacuumed. I would definitely say that it needs a deep clean (base boards, light fixtures, behind bed and in the corner) because it is very dusty in those areas. Overall, I would stay in this unit again and recommend it to others.

Disappointed...Smaller than pics, NO ELEVATOR, DIRTY on arrival

The place was just a lot smaller than expected. We arrived to find out there was NO ELEVATOR and we were on the second floor (about 30 steps straight up and this was not listed). Having small kids and being the one carrying all the luggage, this was somewhat inconvenient. The couch in the pic is a loveseat where 2 people can sit comfortably and the small chair barely held my 4 year old (this place sleeps 6... so not sure where everyone would sit if we had more than 2 adults with us) It wasn't clean. There was a red spot on the comforter in the master bedroom (appeared to be blood but unsure). We just removed it and slept without it. The silverware was dirty and we rewashed by hand upon arrival. There was hair in the fridge, the tub, and on the countertops. The pool was very very very small considering the amount of people who share it. We were never able to get in because it was so crowded throughout the day. Overall, it was very disappointing for the amount we paid for 4 nights ($****including all the fees, apparently I'm not allowed to say the amount I was charged, but any amount is too much for the room to be dirty and have a blood spot on the bed upon arrival). I don't usually give bad reviews, but we paid a lot of money to stay here, and I feel like it should be an honest review of the property for others to see. FYI... we arrived on a Sunday... the office was closed and the MAILBOX to leave a message was full. To call and complain about the unclean place after 16 hours of arrival and have someone come clean the space would have been an inconvenience for us seeing how we needed to sleep on the bed and use the silverware 16 hours earlier.

Wonderful getaway for a family

Overall our experience was EXCELLENT! The view of the bay side was WONDERFUL, enjoyed it from sun up to sun down. Once we figured out the included beach service, we were rocking! The top bunk was not easily accessible but not a deal breaker. The amenities provided were decent. Beach was literally a 5 min walk which was also great. The upstairs unit was a little loud at times but again not a big deal. We expect it being a family that has school age kids ourselves. The only other thing I would recommend is better or updated instructions provided beforehand on the beach side service. We called vacasa because instructions that were in the facility were wrong or outdated. The vacasa agent was extremely helpful and gave us the info we needed. Thank you for an overall awesome experience! Strongly recommend. We can't wait to come back.

Great time, great property!

We stayed 6 days here, and it was exactly as listed. Beds were soft and comfortable, it was clean, and perfect for us! Our only complaint was about the swimming pool. It was just ok, there were no chemicals or salt in the pool so we were a little concerned on that part. It was smaller than expected too. This was not a deal breaker since we spent most of our time on the beach!! Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely go back!!!

Overall was a great experience! The floors were a little sticky/sandy and the code didn’t work for the door the first time. Besides that, it was as exactly as describe and would stay here again.

Quiet FallDays

This spot was perfect for my teacher husband and I as he had a few days off of school for fall break. The condo was clean, relaxing and decorated with no stress in mind. The beach chairs, umbrella, and DVD rental pass was a nice addition to your rental package. We will be back!
