The bright, inviting interior is well-appointed for guest comfort. Enjoy casual downtime or family movie nights in the living room, furnished with plush sofa seating and a wall-mounted smart TV! The kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances for at-home meal planning, plus a dishwasher for quick and easy cleanup. Central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We had a great first visit to Navarre Beach staying at this condo. Everything was clean and right there. The stairs did not bother us (only felt it loading and unloading) My boys loved the pool, and the access to things were great. We could see the beach and sound side from our balcony, plus loved seeing the pool out our balcony as well. While we could walk to the beach, we often just drove across the street and walked since we had a few things to carry. The pier was a quick 3 minute drive down the street, which is where we were at often fishing and watching the sea turtles. I loved how quiet it was and not busy/loud. It was easy to drive and get things we needed as needed. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus and our boys stayed on the bunk or couch. We have a 14 and 10 year old so this place was perfect! Thanks!

Our recent stay at this charming gem was magical, and I can't help but rave about every delightful detail that made our family trip absolutely unforgettable!From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a vibrant mural that danced across the walls, crafted by talented local artists. It felt as if we had entered a whimsical sea breeze, instantly transporting us to a world where relaxation and adventure blended seamlessly. The space is beautifully designed, radiating warmth and coastal charm, making it the perfect haven for families.The two spacious bedrooms are not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after sun-soaked days. The kids absolutely adored the kid-friendly bunk beds, turning bedtime into their own little adventure! And with two and a half bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space to get ready for a day of beach fun.We were just steps away from the pristine white sands of Navarre Beach. We loved having our own outdoor shower—an absolute game-changer for rinsing off after hours of building sandcastles and splashing in the waves. The beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs were a thoughtful touch that made our beach days even more enjoyable!One of our favorite features was the four private balconies, each offering breathtaking views of the island. Spring break with my daughter

Our stay was great. Quiet and the condo was very clean! There is a code to the pool that was not in the welcome book. I called the Property management place and advised them of this but they stated there is no code, I explained to them yes there is because the gate has a key pad on it and it doesn't open without a code. They told me to use the condo code that opened our condo, that didn't work either. We ended up asking a neighbor. Maybe having that code in the welcome book would help. Other than that, our stay was great, perfect condo!

Great place for a relaxing stay

Exactly as the title states. It was just the two of us which I think is better as the bunk beds are directly infront of the front door in the hallway, meaning there would be very little privacy for the second two people. The master bedroom was comfortable. It's a very short walk to the beach so easy access there and plenty of parking out front. The kitchen walk in ready, the AC worked well, and the washer-dryer were great.

Very nice place

We loved it all. It was clean, you could sat outside on the porch & see the ocean on one side & look the other way & see the sound. Very quiet place. The only thing that we disliked was we were on the 3rd floor & you had to carry your stuff up 3 flights of steps. There is no elevator!! We were on top floor so makes it hard for older people to carry everything up & down the steps. I have bad knees so that didn’t help anything. But in all we would like to thank the owner of that beautiful condo that they shared to us. Very nice place to stay at.

Perfect small (but, not too small) Condo w/Sound and Gulf/Beach views

I have noted that some reviews have complained about the unit being on the 3rd floor (without an elevator). No complaints, here, as we could all probably use the exercise -The unobstructed view from the 3rd floor of the Sound and the Gulf, from the balcony, were AWESOME! Tammy, the Vacasa property manager, reached out prior to our check-in time and during our stay to let us know the unit was ready and if we needed anything during our stay, itself. It felt almost like having a 5 star Hotel front desk checking in. Condo is neatly decorated, and perfect for a couple, or couple with small kids (as it does have 2 bunk beds) and two full size (although small) bathrooms. Kitchen has all the modern features and functionality one would want. Nice round dining table and sofa for relaxation, but, again, Get on the Balcony (during sunset), in the Pool, or on the Beach.

Great place to stay feels like home.

Loved everything about this property. Only 2 thing I would suggest 1) bring an extra blanket if you are a cold natured person. I would have froze if I had not brought one. 2) upgrade the shower curtain liner in the master bath I hate the kind that sticks to you. But overall a great experience and we would stay again!

serene, secluded condominium

Condominium is very secluded, only an short walk to the beach and an short drive to entertainment and dining. I was impressed with the cleanness upon arrival, my spouse turned in early, as to not wake him I turned on no light in bedroom & slid in bed, but second night stay I pulled back linens only to find hair & false lashes in the bedding. I don't wear false lashes, nor is my hair long & brown, needless to say gag reflex

Very clean! One of the nicest places in Gulf Island condos

We have stayed at many units in Gulf Island condos, and this is definitely one of my favorites. It was so clean and so well stocked and so beautifully decorated. 100% would stay here again.
