Palacio 1004 is a welcoming condo located in Perdido Key, boasting incredible Gulf-front views of the sparkling crystal-clear waters. This 10th-floor condo offers beachy-themed décor, comfortable furnishings, and a truly “at home” ambiance.

Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms, each including a TV and access to an en suite bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, and all the utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, allowing for plenty of space for the whole family. Perch at the breakfast bar, then gather at the dining table for special meals. Find matching furnishings and beach-chic décor, as well as a TV and DVD player in the living area.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
