Guests will enjoy contemporary design touches like a full kitchen with white quartz countertops and a full bathroom with subway tile. Enjoy your private balcony with captain chairs and a table so you can enjoy a beverage whenever.

First time in 41 years of marriage that we stated in FL or in a beach front property. We loved it!! A lot of our time we sat on the beach, in the chairs provided by the property, or sitting on the balcony enjoying the sight of the ocean, hearing the waves and watching, and just relaxing. One downside was in the early morning hours, around 7-8am, we could smell cigarette smoke coming from one of the balconies around us. My husband has COPD/asthma so we had to go back in our room until the smell was gone. But what a week to remember other wise. The people were friendly and the views and experiences were amazing. I would recommend to a friend.

Ocean front view. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching/listening to the ocean. The room was nice. King size bed - super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed to fix the meals we ate there. The people in the office were very nice and helpful. Easy check-in/check-out. Digital key code was especially great since our arrival time was after office hours.

the only downside

The place and the location were perfect! very near to Destin too. The stars and the sound of the waves at night was very relaxing! its the kind of therapy i was looking from stressful city life, but was very frustrated too coz other people makes the balcony the smoking area. instead if enjoying moment you cannot stay longer outside

Perfect Place with Great Ocean View

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for the two of us. Beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony whenever we could. Having the chair and umbrella service was one of the reasons I would totally recommend staying here. No lugging all the beach stuff around. We would definitely stay again.

Great view

We loved the condo itself, nicely decorated and great view! It had a heated pool which was very nice! The only complaint we had is when the temperature outside would drop the heat in the condo would kick on and we would not have any control over that and then it would be too warm for us inside the condo in the mornings!!!

White Sand Beach

The apartment was very clean. Loved the location directly on the beach. Our unit had a balcony facing the sun and the sand. Lovely!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing few days at this property. It was super clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. Everything we needed to cook and have breakfast sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. Loved it. Highly recommend. Check in and out was easy and stress free.

Great stay and location

This is a great place to stay for solo travelers or couples. Location is right on the beach and you can sit and listen to the waves the whole time. It rained while I was there, but there were plenty of options on the tv. Kitchen area had plenty of things if you want to cook or bring food in. Dish washer makes it easy to clean when leaving. I would definitely stay again.

Nice room

This was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I for the week. The room is nice and decorated very cute. The only thing we disliked was the rooms air conditioner is a boiler system so if it gets below 72° outside it starts blowing out hot air. We had to turn the air off before bed or it would be 88° when we woke up. Other than that, our stay was great!!

Wonderful unit and location.

This unit was wonderful. It was very close and easy access to the beach. The complimentary umbrella and beach chairs was an amazing bonus. The view from the balcony was perfect. The location on Okaloosa Island was also perfect. We would live to stay at this unit again.

Amazing stay!

We had the best time! Beautiful view, comfortable bed, and the condo was the perfect size for a couple’s getaway. The only thing I didn’t like was the washer and dryer being outside and you had to pay for it. We didn’t need to launder anything, so it was fine. Thank you for letting us stay!
