Esta unidad le da mucho espacio y una gran vista. La cocina se ha actualizado y tiene todo para que usted pueda hacer una buena comida una vez que se establecen en la noche. Tiene sillas de estilo de bar en el balcón que establecen alto, así que puedes disfrutar de una bebida y vistas de la playa.

Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en la unidad y cocinas totalmente equipadas por lo que todo lo que tiene que preocuparse es divertirse! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de picnic / barbacoa, WIFI GRATIS, área de lavado de coches, paseo marítimo para la playa y un mercado conveniente al lado! Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a sólo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa y sólo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium!

Nuestras unidades de condominio son para no fumadores y el Nautilus es una propiedad sin mascotas.

Beach vacation in October

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately we were disappointed in a few ways. Everyone pays a cleaning fee which should cover a clean unit. We found dirty drawers in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. There was a used floss stick on a living room table. Bedroom curtains were quite dirty. Master closet was full of a dirty fan, mop bucket, old blinds, and a 5 gallon bucket. We literally needed to take these out to hang clothes up and store the suitcases. Looking down at the bedside table I noticed something black on the floor sticking out. It was a sticky mouse trap!One evening, we went to grill out downstairs. There were no grilling utensils! My husband asked the staff about this and was told, they were probably in another unit! That certainly didn’t help us!The main elevator button constantly sticks and needs to be either replaced or fixed. Prices continually increase but quality has declined.We have been staying at this complex for over 25 years and we’re very disappointed

Amazing Views

Our condo had amazing views of the ocean. It was nicely decorated. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. We LOVED the under the counter ice machine with restaurant style ice!!! Condo could use a little paint touch up on trim. Area rug cleaned and furniture. Not horrible, but definitely showing wear. The balcony view, beach service and pool area were perfect.

A month of heavenly warmth.

Nautilus Condominiums are a great option if you are visiting from a cold state (Minnesota) We loved sitting on our balcony having a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The king size bed was very comfortable. The view was fantastic!!! We did a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans. The kitchen was spacious and clean. The living room sofas were comfortable and placed so you could see the ocean also.

Great spot, ok condo

The kitchen is great, living room great, bedroom great. However the guest bathroom you have to hold down the handle awhile to get the toilet to flush (not a huge deal). The bathroom in the bedroom... the vanity cabinets are falling apart and partially not attached to the vanity topm it also sits super low even for someone who is 5ft 1in. Again not a huge deal but the cabinetry definitely needs fixed. The shower needs looked at as well. Works fine However there is tape behind the faucet and the handle because the faucet, handle and shower head are hanging out from the wall. That was a bit concerning but didn't end up causing issues luckily. The vent in the shower didn't work well so we had to leave the door cracked (the vent got a lot of condensation build up and would drip down). These are all minor issues that I believe would help this be a 5 star condo. To end on a good note, overall clean (good use a good mop though). Great view, everything worked. Close to everything you need while being on the beach made it a great stay

Perfect vacation

Reviewer Comments: We loved our time at the Nautilus, it was never over crowded, the beach chairs were an amazing bonus, and the room was clean and welcoming. There were a few things that needed some work like the shower, the washer and dryer, and maybe a few minor details to the condo cosmetically but overall the room was clean, the view was amazing, and the bed was comfortable- what more do you need? The kitchen was also completely stocked with utilities.

Patio door handle broken upon check in, unit had roaches and needed a more thorough cleaning. Bed mattress lumpy and made it difficult to sleep.
