I'm glad you enjoyed our communication. I'm sorry our diverse neighborhood made you uneasy. We are very proud of our growing neighborhood and being there for over 8 years have never felt unsafe.

Could have been better...

Communication with the host and check in process were a breeze. Location to the Gulch and Broadway was close and as described. The home overall looked great but there were some cosmetic issues with cracks in the tile and bathroom doors not locking. The worst part was the roach problem. The host was nice enough to give us a slight refund for the issue but hopefully they take care of the issue.

Thank you for your feedback! The roaches have been removed by pest control. We appreciate you letting us know. They are unfortunately common in our region and we do have a recurring pest control contract now that you made us aware.

Neautiful Home

Beautiful home with lots of space. Close to downtown and easy to find. Quiet neighborhood and we had no issues uea. Check in was a breeze. Eventhough we had a short visit, came for football game, we do plan to return to see more of the city and we hope this home will be avaiable!

Bachelorette Weekend

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was great! The house was clean, spacious, cute, and fun! The house smelled a little bit like smoke, but we lit candles when at the house and it masked all the smoke smell. Irena and Daniel were great hosts’! They communicated with us all weekend, answered any and all questions promptly. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and loved how close it was to everything, we’d definitely stay here again!

Bachelorette Party

A group of us stayed here for a bachelorette party in Nashville and it was the cutest house! Loved all the decorations and the beds were comfy. It’s a short Uber ride downtown and I would describe the neighborhood as more up and coming. 10/10 would stay here again!
