Nashville

Overall nice place. Party complex with lots of rentals. On 2nd floor so could hear rental unit on 3rd floor. You don’t want to stay here if you want to sleep. Heard the group above us every night 3:30 to 4:30 after bars closed.

Great location, close to downtown

Upon arrival the code to the building did not work. Luckily, someone let us in. Owner was quick to respond with a solution code. TV in the living room did not work, also had a hornet nest on the balcony. Cleaning people came to fix the hornet nest, but we went without the TV because we didn't feel comfortable calling the person to get it fixed. Main bathroom had flushing issue with no plunger. Space was wonderful and very accommodating for our family of 5 adults. TV's in each bedroom gave opportunity for everyone to have their own space when needed. Bathrooms were wonderful and offered in shower supplies. A list of local restaurants and grocery would be helpful. Quick communication with owner was greatly appreciated!

Beautiful condo with everything you need

We enjoyed our stay at Sage. Communication with Sally was great. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Electronic locks on main building entrance and condo door worked great for ease of entry and security. The only negative comments I have are things outside the hosts control. The noise from the roadway and from upstairs is significant, but reading previous reviews prepared us for that. There is also a fire station close by and they were busy while we were there. The parking spots are a little tight. We used handicap spot #2 for our daughter who is in a wheelchair. Spot #1 handicap is unusable in my opinion because it is right against the walkway and would somewhat block building access for guests. We also witnessed multiple cars parking in the handicap loading/unloading zone between the two handicap spaces. This is not a parking area as it is necessary for wheelchair users to access their vehicles. Maybe a sign stating such could be installed...not sure it would prevent it but it may help. Again, none of these concerns are the fault of the host and they wouldn't prevent us from staying at Sage again. Thank you Sally!!

Superb Nashville Accommodations

This is a fabulous condo. Everything in is high end and up-market. It's tastefully decorated and there's plenty of space. Our party of eight was easily accommodated in three big bedrooms, each with a chic bathroom. The hosts were super quick to respond to my (late hour)questions by text and it was clear that they care dearly for the space. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Here you`ll be within a 5 mile radius of some of the best restaurants in the city: Lockeland Table, Red Headed Stranger, The Pharmacy, Hawkers, Mitchell`s Deli, and more. East Side Bowl is bowling and bar food. The Wash and Hunters Station are fun places to explore and eat where there are multiple options. For vegans, head to Wild Cow, for amazing hotdogs check out I Dream of Weenie, enjoy Mexican at El Fuego, take out family Italian at Nicoletta, experience fine cuisine and cocktails at Lockeland Table, Lou, or Butcher and the Bee, brunch at Hearts, and finally, enjoy burgers at The Pharmacy. You`ll also be minutes from Kroger, Publix and Walmart. Additionally it`s only 10 minutes from Downtown Nashville, 5 minutes from the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills mall, and just a quick 15 minute drive from the airport.
