This wonderful Gulf-front rental has a commanding view of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. The living room and Master Bedroom have access to this wonderful private balcony. You will enjoy sitting on the balcony which is furnished with chairs and a table for your comfort and enjoyment. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors, for both rooms, enhance your view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen comes equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for your convenience. If you elect to not eat in then there are many wonderful restaurants located near by as well as shopping available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida. This unit has 3 TVs, DVD player, and a CD stereo system located in the living room.

Quick weekend trip

Location to beach and view were geeat! Plenty of places to eat near by! The chair service guy was awesome. My husband loved the beds because they are firm. The place is so spacious!

Absolutely stunning!

The view of the beach and water was absolutely stunning! Easy access to the beach, games and puzzles left for extra entertainment! We had great time playing checkers! We also had several dolphin sitings out not too far from the beach from the balcony! Highly recommend this rental!

Fantastic view and balcony! Downside, TV service in the condo did not work. Contacted Vacasa several times, was told they would send to management to rectify for us. This NEVER happened!! We should be refunded a portion of our stay due to the troubles we had! Just want to sit down, relax and watch the news and no TV! If you use an insulin pump or anything that depends on WiFi, it is verify spotty.

Family getaway

We were able to check in early, without issue. Condo is HUGE, dpace everywhere. Only "issue" which didn't hurt the stay, is the beds are the old style mattresses that are not comfortable and the couch/chairs are older and not the most comfortable to sit in. Outside of those, everything else was great

Missourians mother/daughter vacation

This was a much needed time away for me, my 2 girls, and my youngest girl's best friend. We didn't want to leave! This condo was nice to come back to after a day on the beach, out shopping, sightseeing or whatever the case may be. It was like a nice and cozy home away from home. And the view from the balcony was amazing. Refreshing and relaxing was had by all of us. I definitely recommend this place.

Great location, needs some updates.

We loved the location of this condo! The balcony was the best, and easy beach access! However, the condo furniture/decor is dated. The mattresses are like sleeping on bricks, they are extra firm and not comfortable at all, there was a foam topper in the closet, but it looked dirty so we did not use it. The AC unit never got the condo below 73/74 the whole week, the filter looked like it had not been changed in a long time. The floors were not very clean, something was spilled/sticky under the recliner in the living room, there was a sponge mop we were able to use to clean that up.

Harris family review

We arrived around 2pm and tried to check in but couldn't. So to kill time we went and had lunch. Got back to the condo at 330 and couldn't get in. Waited in the car until 3:55 and we were able to access it. Overall nice and spacious place. 5th floor with a great view right next to the elevator. Great location, it was clean, and very well maintained. Only complaints, and they are minor ones, but different shower heads in showers. easier sliding glass doors. And comfortable beds. Some of these are preference based so I get it, but nobody is perfect. Overall great place and will book here again.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

This condo was very nice. The furniture, including the beds were comfortable. It had all the amenities you could ask for. This corner unit also provided lots of extra light.

Would come back!

Everything was super nice and clean! The pictures do show beach chairs and umbrellas but we did find out when we got there that they are rentals. We rented chairs and an umbrella 2 of the 3 days we were there at a good rate. Our WiFi was not working the whole trip which was a down side since the connection was not the best. We sent to the company for it to get fixed and no one showed up. Other than those two things and some minor staining on the furniture everything was great!

A nice large two bedroom condo on the fifth floor with a good sized porch and view of the beach. Great place for a relaxing get away.

Great gulf view, easy beach access

This property had everything we needed for our family Spring Break vacation. Very clean, everything functional. Loved the corner condo as it gives more of a beach view and natural light. Would stay again. Excellent property and host! Thanks!
