Walk into this beautiful Gulf-front condo located on the fifth floor and see amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach - including spectacular sunsets! This condo has a Blu-Ray/DVD player in the living room for the 42-inch flat screen TV. You will have everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation including granite counters, full refrigerator, and all the other items needed to cook a meal. This condo also features a washer and dryer. The seating on the large patio has chairs so you can relax and enjoy endless spectaculars view of beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort, but please bring your own beach/pool towels.

Place was beautiful! Comfortable for a family with kids. View was magnificent! Grounds were always clean! Would recommend updating their furniture (or a deep clean and new rug) and primary’s mattress. It was painful. :/ and leaving a few more essentials in the kitchen eg; s&p. Would stay again for sure!

Only condo I have ever stayed in that I would repeat the stay. There was a minor issue with the bed frame while we were there. We utilized the texting the system to the manager and within five minutes had a response back. Probably the cleanest condo I’ve stayed in. Loved the beachside service each day included in the stay fee. The pool was sizably something to brag about. There were two shallower ends that met in the middle slightly deeper. Not everyone was concentrated in one side of the pool as a result so it didn’t feel as crowded. Probably biggest complaint is the condo is higher in price than some others. Neighborhood area isn’t as commercialized as the Destin area. Driving anywhere for a store does take a minimum of twenty minutes with it being in a quieter area.

Travel to the Sea

Walking into the accommodation are wide glass doors with the most perfect ocean view. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. In just a 1 minute walk - you’ll find yourself on the whitest sands at bluish / green seaside. The umbrella / chair service is impeccable! Definitely will be returning and renting 2 or more rooms to take our extended family.

Fall Break Vacation

We had a great trip. This was our first visit to Okaloosa Island in October. It was great! The condo location was great! The beach was quiet and we had a balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved it!

Perfect Location, View and Everything we wanted

Apartment was clean, Location is perfect. 10-15 min drive to destin or any other fun activity we planned. Perfact vacation for family with kids, thank you. Just walk to beach to view Wednesday fireworks. 10 min drive to view Thrusday Fireworks in destin. Our kids loved pool time too. Only thing I ask, kitchen could get some love. Nothing is wrong, its just if you check in late night, you can't get coffee since there were no packets. We dont know what kind of coffee machine we get in appartment so it would be nice if you have couple of samples there, so we get some time figureout what we need. Vacasa could put some vending machines for other supplies so if we dont need to rush to store as they dont restock toiletries.

Birthday weekend

Our stay wonderful, the home was clean and had everything we needed in it to make our comfortable, the beach and staff were equally amazing, I would definitely recommend the Islander, thanks too Vacasa rentals for a spectacular birthday experience!!!

House keeping needs to clean room better!!

It was a really nice place but you could tell house keeping didn’t clean very well. Floors needed mopped, very dusty, candy found under coffee table ( not ours) wrappers found under bed and chairs. Not sure if they even cleaned at all. 😩 we cleaned up and cleaned our own bedding. Maybe we should get our cleaning fee back 😂

Beautiful condo, with a beautiful view!

I do not usually take the time to write reviews, but it’s a must for this condo. My little family of 3 had the BEST week staying here. The condo itself is beautiful and the ocean view from the huge balcony was even better. The beds were super comfy & cozy. The kitchen was awesome having everything needed to make your own breakfast, lunch, & dinner if needed. Book this condo, you won’t regret it I promise! ?

Beautiful view & quiet location

The unit was very clean and comfortable for my family of 5. The décor was perfect for a beach/vacation atmosphere! It was very quiet and there was not a lot of people, which was nice. You will have to drive 10 minutes or less to get to good restaurants & shopping, but we didn't mind that. The beds & linens were comfortable too. The check in & check out process was effortless as they provided all the information you need in email/text, but there was someone available at front desk if needed. I would highly recommend this unit to family, friends, and my healthcare colleagues. Thank you for the great communication and providing a clean place for my family to stay, we plan to come back!!

A little frustrated the main boardwalk to beach had to be closed for repair during the spring break week. Seems like it could have been scheduled during a less busy time. Other than that things were enjoyable!

Perfect location

Overall a great place to stay. Just like the pictures and descriptions. Pool needed to be heated with temps in the 60’s couldn’t get in. Water filter needed to be changed past due and called and wasn’t taken care of. Had to buy bottled water for drinking and coffee water was nasty. Furniture on balcony in great need of replacing. Still enjoyed the condo and view and would stay here again.

Nice but needs a few things

Mostly clean. Vent in hall really dirty. Needs a bolt lock for security. Housekeeping or maintenance could just walk in…-and did on another family’s unit there. Back sliding glass door lock broken too. Overall very nice and clean. Master bath tub has constant drip that should be looked at.
