Waterscape A313 is a double King unit that is thoughtfully decorated in a tropical theme with stylish furnishings and newly tiled flooring throughout. This beautiful home offers a newly renovated twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The nautical-themed bunk room features a solid door for privacy, wall-mounted flat screen DVD player, individual LED lighting over each bed, quality themed bedding, storage, and decor. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and extra storage in the pantry area. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area seats up to eight people comfortably. The large table offers seating people, with additional seating for two on comfortable stools at the counter top. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, wall-mounted flat screen smart Roku TV, BLU-RAY DVD player, and audio system. There is a newly decorated half bath off the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, cozy sitting area, private bath with stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. Waterscape A313 is conveniently located near the elevator and pool area. The new heating and air-conditioning system with high definition digital thermostat provides ultimate comfort in any season.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
