With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, a twin bunk in the bunk room, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, unit 210 sleeps up to eight guests comfortably. This unit boasts modern and homey décor throughout and has incredible views of the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. Upon entering, you will find the bunk room immediately on your right, and the guest bedroom and the guest bathroom on your left. The guest bathroom includes a single vanity along with a tub/shower combination. The short hallway leads to the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room area and living room. The large kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and houses the stackable washer and dryer combination, for your convenience. The master bedroom is located directly next to the living room and leads to the master bath, boasting plenty of closet space along with a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a separate garden tub. Step out onto the large balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
