Cheerful and full of light, this lovely condo brings all the charm of the beach inside. Relax in central air conditioning, or take in the fabulous ocean view from the private balcony. You'll also be able to spy the shared pools available for guest use from the comfortable balcony seating. Guests of this condo can enjoy beach-themed decor all throughout the space, from the front bunk room all the way to the fully equipped kitchen. Make plans for the beach at the breakfast bar or at the picnic-style dining area. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable between trips to nearby attractions. Thanks to the private washer/dryer, you won't have to worry about not packing enough shorts or sundresses. Just gaze out onto the water and relax - you're on vacation now.

Very clean, great location!

We really loved this condo/location. The view from the balcony was wonderful and it was so nice being so close to the water. The property was clean and well maintained. We also loved the chair/umbrella beach service. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location

The condo was beautiful, clean, updated, and in a perfect location. We arrived an hour early but were unable to check in early (totally understandable). The unit is on the 4th floor, which is perfect if you park on the 4th level parking garage (uncovered but plenty of spaces). You can load a cart and go directly to your condo, no need to use the slow moving elevators. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cups, utensils, crockpot, etc. Washing machine and dryer is such a plus.The 2 smaller Bedrooms were updated and DARK if you use the blackout shades. The master bedroom set up is so nice with a HUGE closet with hangers and a dresser. It has double sinks and the shower/tub combo is stunning.The ramp between the condo and beach is so convenient as opposed to stairs at others. CONS (not deal breakers)The master bedroom only has vertical blinds on the sliding door, and by 6am, the sun is so BRIGHT in the room, which stinks for light sleepers like me. Even the pool lights at night illuminated the room. A simple curtain could really help.No ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but 2 box fans provided in a closet.There were no oven mitts, so bring one if you plan to use the oven.The ice maker was broken, which wasn’t a big deal, but it hangs and you have to be careful when closing the freezer. (they had a small counter ice maker available to use), The main shower has a body sprayer but the knob was missing.Overall, it was a great stay, and we would book again.

Great condo!

Parking was super easy! Drove right up to the fourth floor, which made for easy loading and unloading. Getting an elevator was never an issue, which has been an issue for us at other condos in the past. Short walk to the beach! Condo was super clean and updated with a great view! The condo comes with a set of beach chairs and umbrella for you down at beach services! So, you don’t have to lug yours down to the beach or endure the extra costs of renting chairs! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Girls Weekend Trip

We stayed at Waters Edge in April 2025, and were there with 4 adults for a girls trip. This unit has been updated and looks like the pics. What did we love: - location - being on the beach with gulf views is perfect. 4th floor was up high enough you could see sunrise/sunset.- updated - stylish, beachy, and fresh. - supplies - 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels, full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash (although the bottles were full size ours were almost empty), 2 dishwasher packs, 1 washing macine packWhat we didnt love:- ice maker in the unit does not work, nor did the ice maker by the pool.- furniture - stains on couch, new mattresses needed, poor fitting sheets with low thread count. Only 1 blanket in the unit.- front bed are loud - the front of unit is right by parking garage so those 2 bedrooms here a lot of noise as people come/go at night with their luggage.

The location of this condo was perfect (right on the beach) with easy access as well as chairs/umbrella on the beach. The condo seemed renovated and was very pleasant to stay in. Very happy with the stay; definitely recommended and will stay again.

Exceptional Stay!

We rented 410 at watersedge for a weeks stay! Myself, husband and 3 kids. Plenty of space in the condo and it was so clean when we arrived! The view was beautiful every sunrise and sunset and being directly above the pool was perfect to keep and eye on my kids of I had to run and grab something.the beach staff was amazing and had the beach chairs set up every morning. Parking on the 4th floor right by the condo was also fantastic. We had a great time! The only downfall that I wanted to make public is the size of the water heater - maybe tank less would be a a better option. There is a very deep tub in the master and it looks so enjoyable until you fill it to the top and pop in and the water is cold. The water heater only has enough hot water to fill the tub about 1/3 of the way. Which was disappointing because the tub was gorgeous and deep! Overall I would definitely stay at this property again.

Grandparents getaway

Condo was as advertised- well appointed with just a few minor exceptions. Clean except for a few roaches in kitchen but you are in a condo building in Florida. It was quiet and view was great. Beds were comfortable and plenty of storage space.

Good place to stay, one flaw

We stayed here for 4 nights over thanksgiving vacation. Very clean place, recently remodeled, has everything needed. Just one thing needs improvement. The master bedroom needs a heavy curtain that can block out the lights. It was just too much light went into the master bedroom, and I was not bothered but my wife cannot sleep well the entire time. Hope the owner can fix this can I would give a 5-start.

Dirty & needs new master bedroom mattress.

The condo complex is beautiful & well maintained. We have stayed here before and enjoy the amenities. The layout and design of this condo is beautiful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is severely lacking. The light switches were filthy, floor had not been swept or mopped and there were spills on it, my son killed what appeared to be a roach within 10 mins of arriving. Upon further inspection for bugs, we pulled out drawers under bunk bed and to our dismay it was covered in mold. Vacasa did come the next day and remedy some of our concerns, however, when a hefty cleaning fee is included in your stay, you should walk in and feel like the place is immaculate. Lastly, the master bedroom mattress is terrible. It is well past its prime and needs to be replaced ASAP.

Everything is perfect

This condo has a great ocean view and we could enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We stayed there during the winter season. Although the temperature was too cold to swim in the ocean the facility's heated swimming pool is very nice. The condo itself is very well updated and maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Super clean, beautiful condo!

Everything about this property was 5 stars! We've stayed at many condos on Okaloosa Island, and this unit and the whole facility was fantastic! The condo itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, exactly like the photos. All of the furnishings seemed new and nice, the beds and bedding were comfortable, and the living room furniture was comfortable, too. Extra blankets and comforters, a cozy throw, and a portable fan was provided. The owners also provided 3 extra beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys, if needed. The balcony furnishings were stylish and nice and they had seating for 6 out there. We really appreciated the parking garage that went to the 4th floor because it was so convenient to be able to unload our car without having to use the elevator. The gulf side pool was large and crystal clean. I noticed the pool workers carefully cleaning every inch of the pool, bottom and sides, every morning. We used the grill provided on the property a couple of nights, and cooked many large meals in the condo, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The check-in and check-out procedures were super easy, and we received at least 3 short phone calls during our stay just to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. We had trouble with the door code once, but a quick call to the number provided fixed that issue within minutes. The person helping us made sure we all stayed on the phone until we were sure the new code was working well. Our vacation was really enjoyable and staying in this unit at Water's Edge made it even better. I would highly recommend it!

Great Condo!
