With a bunk area for the kids, two full bathrooms, and an open-concept social area with a private spacious balcony and outdoor patio furniture, this spacious condo has everything you could want for a perfect vacation. This beautiful condo is decorated in tropical colors with gorgeous views of the tropical gardens, pools, and Gulf. The full kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table.

The main bedroom boasts a view across the property of the pools, tropical gardens, and the Gulf. It includes a spacious en suite bathroom with a garden tub and stand-up shower. There is a full bathroom with stand up shower accessible from the second bedroom and the main hallway. This condo also offers a unique bunk area for extra accommodations. There is a stackable washer/dryer included for your convenience.

The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island features stores and restaurants You can enjoy right on the shore, just under one mile from the condo. You're also just one block from delicious crab legs and steamed oysters at the Old Bay Steamer. If you want to get even closer to the ocean, sign up for tours and fun ocean trips at Crab Island Watersports a quarter-mile away.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
