Almost 1000 ft.² large bedroom with king size bed, open kitchen and living room area with a deck on the Front! Everything in it is brand new. Swimming pool is very clean, hot tub is right next to the swimming pool, which is right across from our condo.

Great location, very central to grocery, restaurant, movies. Clean property. Had a water leak in the upstairs property during the stay (not the owner's fault) but was addressed promptly by property manager. Overall owner was very responsive and took good care. No real complaints but a couple of thoughts on improvements. Internet connection is DSL which could be slow if multiple devices are connected. Also the A/c in the unit could be a bit quieter.

North Phoenix Condo

Cozy condo in gated community was great for our visit. Easy access on/off I-17 provided multiple options to various hiking trails. Really enjoyed the attached patios. Washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. Liked the Dish Network TV! Much better than streaming.

Perfect for us

This was the best stay we have had at any VRBO. The condo was spotless, quiet, exactly as described and perfect for a couple. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool & hot tub were close by and nice place to relax. Also close to shopping area.

Wonderful place to stay!

We were instantly impressed by the landscaping that reminded us of home. The well manicured green grass, the pool with waterfall, the green trees and the friendly neighbors. Communication with the host was excellent.We would definitely stay here again. Karen and Rick from WIwhen the refrigerator

Excellent place to stay in North Phoenix

We recently spent 4 nights here. We were in town for spring training games. They were all about a half hour away. The location is right off of 2 major highways, so it was convenient. The complex is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The parking space is close to the condo. The pool and hot tub are steps from the condo. We used the hot tub a couple times. It’s warm but not super hot. And we were the only ones in the pool area. It seemed to be well maintained with crystal clear water and no chemical smell. The condo was easy to enter with a key box. Being in a gated community was nice, too. Inside the condo was clean and comfortable. We didn’t spend much time there during the day, so we didn’t use the kitchen at all, but it seemed to be well stocked. The washer and dryer were nice to have and there was detergent/softener available to use. The TV’s worked well, as did the internet. The bed was comfortably soft, but has a lot of motion transfer. Could be an issue if either of you toss and turn, or get up during the night. There were plenty of towels/ wash cloths available, including pool towels. Also baskets of “hotel” soaps, shampoos, etc, plus liquid hand soap at the sinks and moisturizer. There is a hair dryer that I didn’t use. A shower caddy in the shower would’ve been nice to hold our soap, shampoo, razor, etc. All in all, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Good, but owner needs to update amenities!

Would of rated this property at a 5 star, but it listed a heated pool and the pool was definately not heated. Being from Wisconsin and rented for almost a month, we wanted and chose a property with a heated pool and that was just not the case.

relaxing stay

The condo is very comfortable. The pool is not heated, but the hot tub was wonderful. Easy access to just about anywhere and nearby shopping. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, having our morning coffee and the peaceful neighborhood.

Very clean, except smell

This property was very clean, but had one problem. There was a terrible sewer smell in the bedroom, which explained the two air fresheners that were plugged in when we arrived.

The Short Walk

Great place. I loved the furnishings, contemporary and attractive. Location -PERFECT. (Just a short walk to my son’s condo! SUPER!) was very impressed with the ability to lock the door with several locks, since I was alone for several days of that week. Beautiful surroundings. Everything just as owner described for entering condo and exiting. Owner very helpful with any problems. Will plan on staying at this great spot in the near future. So convenient.

Great place to stay for Travel RN

First off I love the fact its a gated community. The community is quiet and I felt safe running running at all times. The condo is literally 20ft from the pool. The home amenities are great with TVs in the living room and the bedroom. The washer and dryer are so quiet as well as the dishwasher. The owners were reponsive within 10mins when I had a connection issue with the TV but thatbwas quickly resolved.

Gary was an amazing host. Very responsive to any requests and questions. Property was just as advertised, Extremely clean and fully stocked with all amenities you will need for your stay. You will be very comfortable staying for a few days or much longer.

Deer Valley Getaway

This condo was clean and very comfortable. We were visiting family in North Scottsdale and the location of this property was very convenient to all freeways. We would gladly return to this property in the future.
