Bryan was super responsive and so flexible! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was handy to nearby main access roads, and there were several food options nearby. It was also across from the Costco, which was super handy! We enjoyed the small pool nearby - no one was ever in it when we went to use it. I do think they were remodeling the main community center, so there was no workout facility when we were there, but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was super easy to access and if we had a question, Bryan got back to us right away! Thanks for a fabulous stay - we hope to be back!

The stay was fantastic! We enjoyed a wonderful vacation as a family. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and everything else is just great. The contact with the landlord is absolutely exemplary and nice! A clear recommendation

Great condo with a Wonderful Host!!!

I was just widowed and needed a safe place to stay. My kids helped drive me to Phoenix, stayed a week then flew home. The condo was so clean and very well stocked. It was perfect for me. Thanks Bryan for all your help!!!

Very well maintained and excellent for work travel

We rented the property for a business trip and it accommodated 2 adults nicely. It was in excellent condition and the property owner was in touch throughout the week to ensure we were satisfied. The dining area was used for a few of our meetings and that also worked well. I highly recommend this property! We would definitely rent it again.

Great condo, convenient location!

Great two bedroom condo. Very nice quiet, well kept complex. Condo is very clean, nicely decorated, has everything you would need. I had some scheduling hicups all on my end and Bryan was great to work with. I'll definitely want to rent again!

Best manual of information on property of any VRBO we have stayed in. Location was excellent. Very clean, obviously newly redone. Very comfortable with an excellent inventory of necessary items. Would use it again.

Super comfortable condo with easy access to beautiful Phoenix.

Bryan provided great instructions on accessing the condo and a couple little details that helped us a lot. We needed to contact him twice and he was super responsive. The condo provided all we expected and more!!

Wonderful Condo

GREAT stay and host !!!

This condo was great and just as advertised but more important was the host, Bryan. Communicated so well from the initial reservation through check out; super clear communication AND expectations. Give respect, show respect and receive respect. The condo, complex, area and ease of getting around the city was beyond excellent and made this stay for us, very memorable. You simply cannot go wrong with this property and host. Thank you over and over again.

Great Condo! Perfect Location!

We stayed in Bryan's condo while in Phoenix for a family gathering. The condo was clean, neat and well-equipped. The condo had everything that we needed during our stay. We did get the opportunity to use the pools and the exercise room and both were clean and in good shape. Overall a very nice condo and quiet complex. In addition to the condo, the location is perfect for a visitor. Freeway and major cross streets are close providing quick access to any desired area of the city. Costco, In & Out Burger and other shopping options are nearby as well. We really enjoyed our short stay and wished that it could have been longer.

From the booking to checkout, the owner and local manager of this property were two of the most kind and generous individuals I have ever met. There were some hiccups at check in and the owner was unbelievably helpful. During the stay I asked to extend, the owner made it easy and effortless. The manager was there at a moments notice if I needed anything g (which I didn’t because the place is perfectly stocked). I needed to stay here during a very difficult time, the owner and manager made me feel safe and comfortable. The condo did the same thing for me too! I hope to never be I. The situation that I was in again, but, if I am, I know I can easily rent with this owner again. I highly recommend this property! You will love it for the location, the owner, the pools, everything! Thank you to the owner and manager- I don’t know what I would have done without you two!

A big scam

We did enjoy our stay until we got home. We received an email from the owner 2 days after we returned stating that we would not get our full deposit back and falsely accused us of damages to his property. He accused us of leaving stains on the carpet that needed professional cleaning. It was slightly stained when we arrived but did not think too much about it. We removed our shoes as requested. We were told the sheets were ripped and stained which was untrue as we removed the sheets before we left to make it easier for cleaners, the decorative pillows were stained, ones that we stored in the closet the entire time, and a drawer was broken. We did not use all of the drawers and the ones we did use were not broken. We feel this was a big scam to keep our money and I will never rent from this property owner again. I would not recommend anyone else renting from him in the future.

Very nice place!

This condo was perfect for our needs!. Great location, easy walk to lots of shopping, nice pool, hot tub. Gated location was nice, zero problems with neighbors, traffic, etc. Highly recommend this vrbo!

Great location, super clean, perfect stay!

This is a great condo in a great location with easy access to everywhere! The condo is fully stocked with anything you may need for a long or short stay. The unit was extremely clean compared to other rentals that I have experienced. The owner was very accommodating and the full experience was perfect. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Deer Valley area .

The property is located just about a minutes drive to HWY 17 making trips to just about anywhere very easy. The condo was in very good condition, everything was in working order and the owner left meticulous notes about the features of the unit. The only thing that prevented a five star rating was an issue with keys upon arrival , which took some time to get resolved. The owner definitely made it right however, and I would recommend his rental to anyone.

Property was updated, quiet, clean and comfortable.

We were in Phoenix in early April 2018 for a brief golf vacation and family birthday celebration. Due to a 5 hour flight delay we arrived at 2:00 am, and were very relieved that all the provided codes worked to gain entry. The condo was excellent, updated, clean, quiet and comfortable. We didn't really utilize the amenities of the complex, but the complex itself looked to be well kept. We enjoyed the variety of food choices just to the north of the complex. Bryan checked in with us regularly to ensure everything was good. This was my first VRBO rental and it went very well, would definitely recommend Bryan's condo.

The property itself was well maintained and nice. Pool and hot tub were not working so we didn’t get to spend much time in them, but other than that, the property was beautiful!

Great place

We very much enjoyed staying here. Its proximity to the 101 loop and I-17 makes it super easy to get anywhere. The suite was lovely with all amenities and Bryan was very responsive and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome property!

This condo was perfect for our getaway weekend. It's convenient to the freeway and shopping. The owner, Bryan, was wonderful to work with--prompt communication, especially when the Homeaway people had a slight issue. Everything in the condo was very clean, and our every need was met. I would highly recommend this property.
