Upon entering, you will find the guest bedroom on your left, boasting a welcoming atmosphere and a TV. The guest bedroom leads into the guest bathroom, which features a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Across the hall is the separate bunk area, which includes a TV, ideal for children. Take advantage of a full-size washer/dryer, allowing you to pack light and leave plenty of room for souvenirs. Down the hall, you will find the dining area and living room, leading directly onto the spacious balcony which offers those sought-after views of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-equipped kitchen boasts gorgeous stainless steel appliances along with all utensils and appliances needed to create your own meals for your loved ones while on vacation. Perch at the breakfast bar, then gather for mealtime at the dining table.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
