This beautiful villa is beckoning to be your home away from home. A dedicated walking/biking path leads directly to the beach, and within a few minutes, you can be enjoying the sand and surf. The villa has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer, dryer, living room, dining area, a private balcony overlooking the refreshing community pool! After hitting the beach, check out the local boutiques, Victorian mansions in the historic district of Fernandina Beach, and enjoy a delicious cocktail and fresh seafood at a local restaurant.

Great Location

Lovely property in prime resort location

We were very pleased with the property, which we rented for our grown children. Location is perfect, right across the road from where we live, on Omni Amelia Island Resort. The beautiful beach is very close. Maintenance was slightly problematic, with two bed squeaking , window blinds needed repair. We are assured that these issues will be corrected before our family’s next visit in a month. We look forward to additional vacations with our family here.

Our stay

Nice condo but bathroom fixtures and kitchen appliances need to be updated. Also, the swimming pool had too many leaves in it and was never cleaned while we were there. Steps to the ocean is misleading. We had to walk down the road then walk by the resort to reach the walk bridge. totoreach

Quick getaway

This condo is roomy and has all that is needed for a beach town getaway. The resort is safe and well-maintained. The host was responsive during our stay. We found the unit to be just as advertised. We enjoyed our visit.

quick 5 day get away

This place had a great location and was clean. There were a few things that needed attention. The blind in the master bedroom was broken so there was no way to block out light. We put a couple blankets over the window which helped. The handle in the guest tub/shower was not working correctly so it was difficult to adjust the temp of the water, and we were unable to fully pull up the tab to have full water supply to the shower. Also, we were unable to deadbolt the front door from the inside for night/sleeping security, it was not working properly. If/when these problems are fixed, then we would definitely stay there again, but until then, we will find another unit. We loved the location!

Second time staying in the area. Enjoy the neighborhood and the options of walking to restaurants and the beach. Perfect size of place to stay. Very clean and nice place.

What you see is what you get

Condo is in a great location. Steps from the beach and the pool is in your backyard. Great little balcony perfect for coffee and cocktails. Condo itself is exactly as pictured. Only issue is the beds are way too soft and couch could use an upgrade as it’s not so comfortable. But overall clean condo in a great location.

The apartment was such a pleasant place to stay. A short walk to the beach. Easy to get around. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. I'd stay there again.

Thanksgiving Vacay

Property was in a great location. The property does need some updating but it worked for us. We were visiting family in the area so didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit but it had everything we needed when we were there. The location on the Omni Resort was a definite plus! We would stay again!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is nice but the cleaning crew didn’t do a good job. It needs more detailed cleaning. After we cleaned it properly all was good.

Good location - unit needs some attention

The unit is on the Omni property. It’s a really pretty resort, you would not believe you are at the beach with the canopy that’s there on the resort. The unit was very spacious. And a short walk to the beach. The apartment itself overlooks the pool which is cool. It needs some updating, the popcorn ceiling was falling in the bathrooms and there was some mold. There was also a stale smell in the unit. The decor was fine and the internet was good. Although we had to figure out what the internet password was because it wasn’t available in the unit. The dryer was also broken and had a sign on it saying the owners would fix it. Oh well. With some updating and thorough cleaning, including changing the air filters this could be a pleasant place to stay.
