Inside the Omni Amelia Island Resort, you'll find this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely renovated condo nestled under a magnificent canopy of oaks. Stunning wood floors throughout, freshly painted sea pearl colored walls, a luxury kitchen, and serene views truly set this property apart.

Entering through the front door, you will immediately notice the fully equipped kitchen with dazzling quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and brand new white cabinetry. This lavish kitchen is a chef's dream and offers everything you need to prepare a tasty dinner for the family. A laundry area is conveniently located off of the kitchen and features a full size washer and dryer.

The adjacent dining area offers seating for five guests at the gorgeous wooden table which is just waiting for family and friends to gather and enjoy a meal! Additional seating for two can be found at the bar.

Relax and unwind in the spacious living area, still part of the same great room. This comfortable space is styled to perfection with a large cream-colored sleeper sofa and two swivel accent chairs all centered around a flat screen smart TV. The outdoor patio can be accessed from the living area where you can enjoy an afternoon cocktail as the sun sets on a wonderful day of fun!

Just down the hall you'll find the master bedroom. A lovely king sized bed with crisp white bedding, chest of drawers for ample storage and a flat screen smart TV can be enjoyed. The newly renovated master bathroom features a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower, double sinks at the vanity and a stylish dressing area.

Across the hall, you'll find the second bedroom furnished with a king sized bed, fresh white bedding, a flat screen smart TV, and beautiful coastal accents. The guest bathroom is also freshly renovated and provides a combination tub/shower.

A three minute walk down the street will take you to the ocean's edge, and the community pool tucked under the beautiful oaks is just steps away. At this villa, you can walk down the street and enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Amelia Island Hotel, ride bicycles through the Resort's many trails, take a stroll down to the many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course!

This property has Youtube TV Access rather than traditional cable.

Excellent Experience - Will Stay Again

We stayed in the unit for three weeks, and it had everything one needs for an extended stay. For example, due to our dietary restrictions, the unit had a full kitchen for preparing meals at home: pots, pans, utensils, appliances, etc. The beds were high quality with no evidence of low or soft spots making for very restful nights.The updated unit was centrally located within the Omni resort with easy walks to the beach, hotel property, local amenities and numerous walking trails.Communication with the property manager was prompt, and they frequently checked in to ensure our stay was going well and to offer any assistance.For our next visit to Amelia Island, we'll definitely check if this unit is available again.

Quick stay on Amelia Island

Comfortable and very clean place. I gave a top star review but want to mention things to help future travelers. Very short walk to boardwalk thru dunes to beach. Easy checkout. No view. While there was dish and laundry soap and small pads of bath soap, there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body gel. Also no start up coffee kit. The listing doesn’t say there’d be those items but more common to find in rentals than not so just note to bring your own. Also, it is on the ground floor but you have to go up steps to get to the ground floor of the building. I’m not sure if there is a wheelchair/stroller access somewhere, but if you need, check into that. We would stay again and would recommend for comfort, cleanliness, and quietness of location.

Wonderful trip

We decided to book a last minute getaway and somehow found this condo! It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the hosts were great communicators, even checking in with us during the stay. The walk to the pool was a little challenging with small kids. The stairs made it impossible to bring our stroller. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Relaxing

The home was very inviting, with everything from furnishing and cleanness. Needed startup supply where an exceptional plus-- Plus they let you bring your Fur Babies- One negative and NOT on owner's but it would be hard if you were older with walking issues to go down to the pool, with that said the pool area is a perfect spot to chill, and it was my end of day hangout.

Great weekend

Enjoyed time at Amelia island on resort….first time visitor to resort. A little disappointed being dog friendly we were not allowed to take our very well mannered older Weimaraners. Lots of people have dogs of all breed and sizes around the resort. Pool was a little too shady with not a lot of chairs. Need to bring own beach chairs, etc w you. Very nice condo has washer/dryer for washing towels and blankets. Make sure to spend the day at Cumberland island!

Comfortable stay

This unit was very clean and nicely furnished/stocked and updated. We wanted a first floor because of the dog and this worked for us. There is no view or place to sit out but the location is great. Could walk across the street to the ocean and lovely walk to all the Omni shops, restaurants and new par 3 golf course.

Loved Our Stay

The property is just as advertised. Nice and quiet area. Only a short walk to the pool and beach. Surrounded by trails which were perfect for taking the fur babies on walks. The staff were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable but…

We have done this many times. Although the unit was as advertised, comfy and clean, it just didn’t seem much better than a hotel. There was NO info about local attractions, like pools or beaches. It took us 2 days to find the pool. It’s nice but there are about 2dozen steps in both directions. My wife is partially handicapped. We heard there are 2 more pools but we never found them. The blurry map provided doesn’t show any pools. There is a list of restaurants but it doesn’t tell you anything about them. We seldom cook in when we travel so more info would be helpful. Also, the sliding door needs to be fixed or replaced. It takes a gargantuan effort to use it. Overall it was good but for this price we could have stayed in a nice hotel with a pool, a beach and an ocean view.

Condo exactly as advertised

Our family enjoyed our stay at this immaculate property. Pros: beautiful Amelia Island setting, very nice, large community pool, short and easy walk to the beach, comfortably and attractively furnished. Cons: check-in/check-out times unusually late and early, no basics (spices, coffee) provided for cooking, no beach supplies like toys or chairs provided and no way to clean things you may have brought, such as a hose, and no private outside space attached to the condo. No situation is perfect for everyone’s needs and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent

The property was cute and clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable (and we are pretty picky!). It's a quick walk to the beach along a beautiful boardwalk and the beach itself was uncrowded and truly amazing. We did run into some minor problems along the way but the management company fixed them almost immediately and nothing spoiled our fun. I highly recommend this property.

Amelia Island 28th wedding anniversary

This was our first visit to Amelia Island, and it was perfect! The villa was cozy, beautifully decorated, and only a short walk through beautiful trees and flowers to get to the gorgeous beach. We were warmly welcomed by management and had everything we needed to feel right at home during our one week stay!

Fabulous rental on Amelia Island

This was a newly renovated, and beautifully appointed, condo in a larger Omni resort property. The condo was spacious, with new kitchen appliances, new cooking and eating ware in a wooded setting close to the swimming pool, beach, shopping and other attractions.
