Outside, there's a furnished balcony on the second floor and a furnished patio on the lower level. Guests can also cool off in the shared pool after days in the Florida sun.

The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are located just a few short blocks from this home. If you don't feel like cooking, there are endless dining options within walking distance. Visit Fort Walton Beach, located just across the Brooks Bridge, where you will find plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and much more. And for a fun and fascinating excursion for the whole family, the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park is only one mile away -- the perfect place to experience personal encounters with wildlife!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
