Historic Cottage Downtown

This is an adorable historic Cottage built sometime around the 1930's. It has a wonderful front porch to sit and enjoy the feel of a day in the past.
The backyard has a private secluded area surrounded by Ivy and elm trees.
The location is perfect for a stroll down Mount Vernon st or a quick walk downtown to the restaurants and fun events.
This Cottage has been remodeled and has a new kitchen and two lovely bathrooms. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are separated by a split floor plan. The living , dining and kitchen is open and is beautifully decorated. Homeowner is a designer and has created a beautiful, comfortable space you will never want to leave.
The kitchen has every emenity you can think of and is a wonderful area to enjoy. stainless steel appliances , adorable dining room and an open floor plan
There is a laundry room and big pantry for your groceries .
The bedrooms are inviting and comfortable.
You will love this Cottage!

Very clean and beautiful home

Connie’s home is extremely clean, and has everything you need. You can walk to Whiskey Row in 10 minutes. A great property, highly recommended.

Anniversary trip

Comfortable historic home minutes from Prescott square. We always enjoy being able to cook most of our meals, and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Perfect Cottage

This cottage was perfect for our stay in Prescott. It was one the cleanest and most comfortable VRBO's we've stayed in. Colleen was very pleasant, easy to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Location and pictures in the ad are accurate. Owner communicated very well and had all the amenities you could want for a short (or long) stay. Would definitely like to come back!

Great proximity to downtown

Perfect place for two couples. Two bedrooms each with its own bath. Short walk to all the fun downtown. Would stay again. Thanks Connie.

absolutely perfect place to stay!

We really loved our stay here during the Christmas lighting in Prescott. It was a beautiful little house, with everything we needed! The 2 bedrooms had king beds and it's own bathroom. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was within walking distance of downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Goodwin Cottage

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at. Connie was very helpful checking in. She seemed like an old friend withing minutes of meeting her. The property is very well stocked and super clean. Comfortable beds and a private back patio. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Cottage

The cottage was exactly as described, plus we enjoyed the bonus of having access to the garage. The unit was extremely clean, well maintained and decorated. The location was great with access to downtown, local hiking and restaurants. Connie was a delight to visit with upon check-in with suggestions for our stay.

Wonderful Cottage

This property is a charming old cottage with updated kitchen, bathrooms, wood floors, comfortable beds and great heating. It is close to the historic downtown, easy access to the main road s leading out to wonderful outdoor areas, grocery stores nearby, and lovely old neighborhoods to walk. We plan to return to Prescott and stay here again.

Comfy and Elegant

This house is perfect in every way. It’s a well equipped home, thoughtfully decorated, and much more than just a rental. We enjoyed both the porch and the back patio as well as being able to walk downtown.

Wonderful Stay

Came up to Prescott with family to visit friends in the area. Goodwin Cottage was perfect for 4 adults. Each couple had a lovely bedroom with king beds and adjoining baths. The cottage was beautifully renovated and so comfortable. It was just a short walk to the town square, so a perfect location. We will stay again when next in the area. Thanks so much, Connie!

Beautiful, close to Court House

My wife and I have been visiting Prescott and were up there for our 40th anniversary. The house was clean, and that was just what we expected. The kitchen was WAY MORE supplied than most "normal" VRBOs. Connie was accommodating and very helpful!

Charming cottage close to town square

This property is conveniently located within walking distance to the town square, and also to hiking trails with gorgeous vistas. The home has been professionally and beautifully updated and decorated, very clean, well equipped in every way, and the owner was welcoming and responsive. We came to Prescott to visit family, and this home was very comfortable for hosting the occasional family dinner or movie night.

I am a retired general contractor and designer . I lived in Phoenix for many years and couldn't wait to retire in Prescott. I have lived in the downtown historic area for 16 years and have loved every minute. The historic Town and historic neighborhoods are so great to live in . There are so many things going on all of the time.
I have remodeled many historic bungalows in the original townsite, in fact I owned one of the very first homes built down town . It was built in 1883.

I loved this property because of its location to the Yavapai County Courthouse . It was such a cute property that needed some TLC, so we remodeled it and made it a beautiful addition to the downtown area.
You will love the comfortable and inviting interiors and the front porch is wonderful!

What makes my property unique is that it is light and bright and airy, very comfortable and very, very clean.
I have owned an operated vacation rentals for 10 years now and have a very loyal repeat business.
