Take in spectacular lake views while relaxing on the open air patio of this beautifully updated NEWLY FURNISHED townhome conveniently located close to the Beachwalk pool & inside the gates of the Sandestin Beach & Golf Resort Enter to find a coastal chic design with hard surface flooring through out, vaulted ceiling in the living room, and customized stocked gourmet kitchen with soft close cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Two guest bedrooms with two full baths with frameless walk-in showers, and laundry room complete the first floor. Upstairs you will find a loft with a queen sleeper sofa (full mattress) to accommodate extra guests, as well as the Master Suite with en suite bath including a granite double vanity and subway tiled shower/bath combo.

Summer golf/beach trip!

We spent a week running around the resort and Destin area! Easy access to the beach via the SOA easement area near the west end of the resort. Golf at The Raven, Kelly Plantation and Regatta Bay! All three courses were amazing!! Would definitely book this rental again. Tons of space:) as advertised.

Beautiful House with an Awesome Location

The house was very nice and super clean. This location with the added golf cart is perfect. When we return to Sandestin this place will be top of our list.

Family Vacation

We Loved it here! Family of 7, 6 Adults 1 child. Fantastic location, conveniently located for dining, shopping, beach, wharf, groceries, everything you need for a vacation! Golf cart was perfect! Will be back for sure!

Great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. We will definitely be staying again. The home was super clean and comfy. The golf cart was such a nice addition. Pool was super close, allowing us to let kids go on ahead. No issues with cart but blinker was broken, so we used our arm motions when turning. Super nice host manager.

Perfect location, very updated and clean!

We arrived with no issues at all. Everything was clean, which can sometimes be an issue with sandy beach condos. Lovely little deck out back, the layout was perfect for me and my husband, my mom, and my two kids. Golf cart was a definite plus! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

This home was very clean and had all of the necessities for a nice weekend near the beach. The golf cart was great for getting to the beach and other places around sandestin. Also, the back patio was great with water views. And as a bonus it was gated which kept my curious toddler from going to close to the water.

R&R with a View!

The Villa was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 adults. It was so very clean - fully updated and equipped with beautiful modern furnishings and a thoughtfully designed floor-plan. It was surreal to sit on the deck overlooking the lake and enjoy the quiet surroundings. We were very grateful to also have use of the golf cart for exploring Sandestin and going to the beach. The entire villa made our vacation a perfect experience - and we will cherish our memorable time here. I will recommend this property without hesitation, and hope to visit again next year.

Excellent property

This was one of our favorite stays in Sandestin. The property was clean, well appointed and convenient. The host was communicative and helpful. Fishing in the backyard was a delight to our grandchildren and the pool was close enough for the older kids to walk to alone. The golf cart ran perfectly and we used it more than our car. We also appreciated the closeness of the village area with pizza, ice cream, and an escape room! We would definitely stay in this condo again and would recommend it to others.

Nice Sandestin rental

Clean, well-equipped, nicely furnished, and thoughtful layout to this property made it an excellent choice as we had to be in Sandestin for a conference. The golf cart was essential as Sandestin is so spread out. The only negative - and this is no reflection on our rental - was how crowded Sandestin was (in June) and the vast number of rental properties that don’t have beach frontage are squeezed into one tiny section of beach. Otherwise - it was great.

Great house

We had a great stay at this house! Very centrally located and easy to get around. Very clean, very comfortable and very accommodating! Walking distance to pool and restaurants, we used the golf cart to get lunches, ice cream and play mini golf. Great for housing families and ideal for golfers! Loved being right by the wharf with bars, shops, restaurants and things for kids to do! Only wish it was easier to get to the beach. We were able to use the golf cart to get to the beach but it was a a bit of a hike from there to avoid the main resort entrance during covid. I would definitely recommend this property and would return! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location!!!

My family and I stayed a few nights and the Villa was perfect for our trip. The beach, pool and Baytown Wharf are all conveniently located. The golf cart was such a wonderful convenience as we were able to go everywhere we needed with easy parking. The check-in/check-out process was very simple and I really appreciated the list of items that would be stocked for our trip so we knew what to bring and what we could leave behind. There is a great view of the lake off the back porch which was great for winding down in the afternoon. We will definitely be back!

Home Away From Home

My family & I truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was ready upon our arrival and the check in process was a breeze. The place was very clean, spacious, had quality furnishings throughout the unit and had all of the comforts of home. It even felt like being home. The view from the deck was amazing. The view was also amazing simply sitting on the couch & looking out of the huge sliding glass door. The six passenger golf cart was a great bonus! My family and I decided that we will rent this unit annually for our family trip! We hated to leave because we definitely felt at home! The Property Manager is very accessible and available to answer any questions you might have. Rent the unit. You will NOT be disappointed!
