This new beachfront Bellevue residence in the exclusive Belnem neighbourhood of prestigious oceanfront homes has 10 condos and is situated on a private shoreline with a natural beach and the pristine crystal blue Caribbean Sea. This is a apartment of 124 m2 /1292 ft2 located at the second floor and has a great view. The apartment is completly repainted and refurbished in 2020 and equiped with king size beds.

We offer you a Corona proof holiday in our beautiful situated apartments. Nicely build with a lot of space, large corridors, staircase and balconies, social distancing will never be an issue. You will experience a lot of privacy in our appartments and on the complex.

Even around the complex, relaxing at the pool, the beach and the sea it is easy to maintain social distance. We would love to welcome you for a Corona proof holiday.

Enjoy the relaxing sound of the waves while sitting on the balcony.Take the stairs or elevator down and step on the sandy beach with easy entrance to the sea. Bask in the sun or enjoy the colorful fish while swimming or diving along the coral reefs just in front of your apartment. The Bellevue Residence Apartments have their own private sandy beach in front, which is very rare on Bonaire. This beach is only accessible for guests that are staying in this small and quiet complex.

Great trip! Located on the ocean, Belvue 5 suited our needs perfectly. Nothing bad to say at all. Comfortable, clean and we were very happy to have been there.

Bellevue 5 has everything you want in a vacation home at a high quality: lovely apartment, amazing views, cooking supplies, sandy beach but also snorkeling, rinse tank and dive locker and great location.

Very clean, wonderful location

Will definitely look to stay at this property again when visiting Bonaire. It's far enough from the city that things are low-key and less crowded. Southern dive sites are just a short drive away and getting to the city for dinner is an easy drive, although there are several options inbetween as well.

Bonaire 2024

The property is gorgeous and spacious. Updated kitchen counters. The condo was stocked with all the essentials for a great vaction. Pot, pans, all manner of plates bowls silverware etc.! A new induction stovetop and oven, full size refrigerator. Washer with outside drying.Great location and the views are simply amazing. Nice private pool and small beach area for swimming and snorkeling. I would have rated the condo 5 stars however, there is only AC in the bedroom. So the rest of the condo got really warm especially at night when we closed the sliding doors. Most days were at least 86 degrees so AC throughout would have been nice. Also the ceiling fans in the bedroom and bathroom have a lound humming sound and so we did not utilize them for cooling.

Excellent stay at Bellevue

My husband and I stayed at Bellevue Appartments room number 5 for 2 weeks. We absolutely loved the accomodation. The location is great. It is right on the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. It’s also easy to drive to other parts of the island. It is one of the only properties that actually has it’s own little sandy beach. From there you can walk straight into the warm blue oceaan. The appartement is very spacious and clean. The photo’s on their website are very accurate. The appartement has recently been renovated so everything feels nice and fresh. The deck is huge, has great furniture and the view is to die for. We have travelled a lot all around the world and we can honestly recommand this appartement to anyone. Shirley, the caretaker was very helpfull and even bought some groceries for us so that we didn’t have to go to the grocery store the day of arrival. You won’t regret renting this appartement! We loved our stay. Cynthia and Peter

Wonderful Waterfront Apartment Minutes From Airport

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our one-week stay at the Bellevue 5 Apartment, Bonaire late in January of 2023. We’ve been traveling in the Caribbean for over 40 years (including 5 prior trips to Bonaire), and this unit is among the nicest one bedroom vacation accommodations we’ve ever had. The apartment itself seems practically new. It is beautifully equipped and furnished, spacious, perfectly maintained and immaculate. The king-size bed is very comfortable, and it does not dwarf the room. A real highlight is the deck overlooking the pool and the sea; a perfect setting for breakfast and an evening glass of wine or punch. Another terrific feature is the small sand beach right behind the unit. Water entry for snorkeling is very easy. You will find extensive soft coral gardens, and several small areas of live hard coral, complete with resident fish. Among the usual denizens of the sea, we spotted a turtle and a barracuda. For our arrival the apartment was provisioned with welcome beverages, a bag of chips, ground coffee, coffee filters, dish and dishwasher detergents, laundry detergents and paper towels. Little touches like that are very unusual, and they make settling in much easier. The parking in the front of the building is very convenient, but we did find that occasionally those spaces were all occupied. When that happened, we were able to park on the street a few steps away. If you decide to rent here, be sure to ask the host for a written description of where you are authorized to park in the event that the spots in front of the unit are all occupied. You’ll want that information before you arrive back at the apartment after a lovely dinner out!

Great location, but stay at your own risk!!!

I honestly loved the property location, my wife and I chose this location to spend our 9th anniversary. Overall we fell in love with the island and didn't meet one person that wasn't hospitable and kind, until we got home and received emails and messages from the owner. As for the stay there were a few small things that were frustrating and gross, like a toilet seat that kept coming off because it was loose and rat droppings in a few different places throughout the apartment and patio. The primary reason for the rating that I am giving is the owner. We left in a bit of a hurry and left some dishes in the sink, mind you it was the same set of dishes that we washed everyday after we made breakfast and drank coffee. There were also water bottles on the counter from us refilling the store bought bottles everyday. I was hit for the full incidental fee for what realistically took 15 minutes to clean up! We are the types of people that typically wouldn't leave any kind of mess at all but we were trying to get out the door to the airport after hearing horror stories about the lines from some of the locals(which turned out to be true). I would have been okay with a more realistic amount to do this tiny bit of cleaning even though the entire apartment is cleaned after each stay anyway. Additionally, I am assuming they hunted around and tried to find things to charge us on once they had to do a few dishes because they tried to charge us for some superficial damage to a screen on the front door that we definitely did not cause and had we noticed it was broken we would have reported it to the property manager and I would have offered to fix it(just how I am). I have literally never had a bad review for anything in my life and I am not the type of person to just stand by and take it because someone was having a bad day, they literally did a guest review of us and said we were tenants from hell! I will not be paying the fee that they are trying to charge for the cleaning and will be disputing it with VRBO due to the malicious nature of the owner. I will be going back to this area in Bonaire and I definitely will not stay with this owner again, regardless of how great the initial price appears. When I save for a vacation I don't plan for people to be bad natured in my budget! Hope I save someone else the grief of having to deal with this or that the owner maybe thinks about life a little differently.

Spectacular Sunsets

This property is amazing! Pictures don't do it justice! We snorkeled and dove just outside the property. Views are spectacular, apartment is clean and comfortable! We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect vacation spot!

We loved our stay at #5 Belvue, even better than expected! Wonderful ocean view, excellent scuba diving right out our door, and many sites very close by. Our check in with Shirley was great and there were many pantry staples already stocked. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, and perfect for our anniversary getaway! We will definitely be returning
