If you like to entertain, this updated home has you covered with the huge wraparound deck, unique Martini bar overlooking the lake with a FIREPIT and brand new private dock with high dive and use of lily pad. You'll find Beautiful grey floors, an open floor plan, bar with 4 stools, 3 beds with their own full baths that are down the hall (a baby gate is available if needed)The bright kitchen with white cabinets, gray backsplash and granite countertops is fully stocked with all of your cooking/grilling needs and also has a keurig perfect for your am coffee you can enjoy on the Master deck. The master bedroom is HUGE and has a desk for your office needs. The master bath has separate vanities and are hidden behind stylish barn doors. There is a washer/dryer. The deck has a baby gate, fun games for the kids and yoga mat. Conveniently located. One cove over from Frankie and Louies. 5 min drive to Woods grocery store, Paradise, Dollar General, Bear Bottoms, Captain Rons, etc

Beautiful!

This house is perfect! It’s on a great location on the water and the dock was perfect for hanging out. The martini bar overlooking the lake is also amazing! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Definitely recommend!!

90th birthday party!

We absolutely loved the house! My husband and I our adult son and our daughter her husband and their two daughters ! The spent most of the time on your lilly pad!!!! Little girls had blast!! Adult time at party deck sooo fun. Only thing we all felt sliding door hard to open and close. Would recommend to anyone 😁

Absolutely Wonderful!

This house is so cute! It's large and roomy and fit 10 adults very comfortably! We had a bachelorette party and the host graciously let us in early to decorate. The bar area by the water is just perfect. Lots of room on the dock and a lily pad to hang out on! Just know it is a somewhat busy cove, so there are a lot of waves! The only drawback is the walk down to and from the dock - it is steep so you just have to watch your steps. Beds were comfy, showers worked great and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely recommend!

Piece of paradise

We had a great weekend on lake of the ozarks with 3 families after a few days in Branson. House was nice and clean and welcoming. The kitchen could use to be stocked on things. We couldn’t find a cutting board, strainer or multiple large spoons for serving a group and the grill needed a little TLC as it was missing a tray under it to catch grease and whatnot so it just went everywhere. The dock and lower patio was awesome ( just beware of snakes) we did find one under the couch cover as we went to put it back on when we left. The house is in an awesome location. We very much loved being able to use the lily pad! Thanks for a great stay!

Great for a Bachelorette

We had a wonderful stay at Ashley’s home. We had a bachelorette with 12 girls and the space was great. We did have to bring an additional air mattress if we didn’t want someone to sleep on the couch, so I would say this place comfortably fits 11, not 13. We also had some issues with the doors, the doors to the master bath would often come off the track and we had to be careful with it. The shower door in the main bath also came off and had to be put back on. The outdoor space was truly amazing and the photos don’t do it justice! Overall, it was a great, clean stay and the hosts were super communicative and helpful, we would stay here again!

Birthday celebration with friends

7 women 57 on up for a 60th birthday celebration. The house was beautiful the location was wonderful all the decks the boat dock everything was just what we wanted. If I have to say one negative thing it's a little steep to walk from the house to the lake but we did it! Definitely staying again

Wonderful vacation home

The home was extremely clean and had a ton of room for our family of 5 and grandparents. The view was wonderful from the deck and the dock. The house was full of the necessary amenities. The best part, Ashley was an amazing host and responded in a very timely manner to any of our questions or concerns. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect Indoor and Out

This house had a great setup for our family - three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It two awesome decks -we used the one off the living/dining area for our breakfast, lunch and suppers. We used the gas grill often. The lower deck close to the water was great for smore time! We spent a lot of time on the dock lounging, swimming, jumping off the diving board and fishing. The laundry room was nice to put in wet towels after spending the day in the water. This is a great house in a great location --just off the main channel on a not so busy cove.

Great property! Great location!

We had a fabulous time! Beautiful property! Great dock and cool party bar. The kitchen could be better stocked for cooking and serving. Also thought the refrigerator needed to be emptied of leftover condiments and drinks that were there when we arrived.

Awesome house and location

This house was the perfect weekend getaway! The location is awesome and the martini bar and dock were great. The driveway was not steep at all and had plenty of parking. The owner responded all of my questions in a timely manner. We will be coming back!

Weekend getaway

This house is definitely one of the best houses to rent for the price! House was beautiful and perfect for groups of friends, couples, or family. Will definitely stay here again!
