Osage Beach lakefront home. Lg. dock, patio, and a 5 min Walk to Backwater Jacks

Fully remodeled Lakefront home in a lovely cove sleeps 12. Great new large concrete dock to enjoy with a partial boat slip, dive platform, and a wet step ladder for ease of exiting the lake. Enjoy a beautiful view of the main channel from the home or the dock. This lake home is in the heart of Osage Beach, and waterfront. We are a five-minute walk from Backwater Jacks. We are within minutes of plenty of shopping with many restaurants nearby. We are also just five minutes from the strip. Enjoy the beautiful lake view while swimming in the lake, relaxing on our new large dock, or relaxing on the large lower-level patio or upper screened-in porch. Two living spaces in this home with a fully equipped kitchen to include kitchen staples. The kitchen seats twelve. The steps to the lower level are a little steep, but very manageable. There are also steps on the outside of the home. There is a bar area in the lower level with a full-size refrigerator to make it easy to store drinks and food while enjoying the large outdoor space with many chairs and several tables for dining outdoors or relaxing. This lake home has a propane BBQ grill that you are welcome to use, but PLEASE clean it after you are finished. There is a propane firepit for relaxing and a wood-burning firepit for roasting hotdogs and making S'mores. Hot dog and marshmallow roasting sticks are provided. There are two upper-level bedrooms with a queen bed each and a lower-level bunk room with eight curtained beds for privacy. Our lakefront home and dock include many life jackets, two kayaks, a large floating mat, a dive platform, a paddleboat, a paddleboard, pool noodles, lake floats, and a new outdoor shower. We have cards, games, and two TVs for relaxing on rainy days. Many great memories will be made on your vacation here at this lakefront home. You will want to come back year after year. Fun and relaxation will be had by all.
****Map will take you to the second Sumach entrance. Take the first Sumach entrance, as it is much easier to enter the driveway. The drive is a little steep but very manageable. Sumach is a half-circle road.

Everything about the house was great. We really enjoyed the dock on the lake. The open kitchen and living area was also very nice to accommodate guests. The owners were also accommodating if we ever needed them. Thumbs up!

Everything was great about the place and how it was set up for us! Clean, good location on the lake, easy access to backwater jacks for dinner, plenty of lake amenities! The only thing we ran into was getting in and out of the driveway, a few larger rocks right along the edge that we had to be cautious about when we pulled in!Overall great stay!

We had a great time at this house. Perfect location - close to food, bars, grocery stores, etc. Very responsive and helpful owners, easy check-in and checkout, very clean. The dock is perfect for enjoying the water, equipped with lily pad, noodles, and our favorite was the jump platform.

We booked this for my cousins bachelorette party and we were very pleased with our stay! Lori called me shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was going smooth and to be sure we would call with any questions. The dock and house were both very clean. The driveway is VERY steep but fit all three of our vehicles with no problem. We had a great time and I would recommend this house to anyone taking a trip with friends!

Perfect Weekend Get-away!

Our friend weekend at the lake was wonderful because of the beautiful house, dock and views that we had! The house was stocked with kitchen needs and bathrooms needs. The getting ready areas in the bedrooms were our favorite spot! The big beautiful dock made for a great space to spend all day and night catching up with our busy lives. Not to mention walking distance to a great pool bar! Margie was so easy to get a hold of and checked in with me many times to make sure we had a comfortable stay! A great weekend full of great memories!

Bachelorette 2024

We spent the weekend here to celebrate my daughter’s bachelorette party and had a great time. Plenty of space, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with anything you could need for your stay. The owners have thought of everything!! Lots of things to do on the property or plenty of places close by. Only complaint was the driveway, we weren’t mentally prepared for how steep it was, however everyone made it in and out safely. Thank you for allowing us to use your space and create lasting memories!!

This property was so clean and cute! There was plenty of room for our 10 guests with the bunk room. We really enjoyed lounging on the dock and swimming in the lake. The house is conveniently located to lots of amenities - from bars, restaurants, gas, and groceries. The property owners were fantastic with communicating with us! 5 star rental for sure!

Awesome Guys' Weekend at the Lake!

Ten friends and I enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Margie's place on the lake! It was our first time to the area. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, and in a wonderful location. The screened-in balcony upstairs, the outdoor patio, and the sizable floating dock were great for spending time outside of the interior of the house. There were plenty of water activities to partake in on the property including swimming off the dock, the floats, the paddle boat and the paddle board. The swings at the end of the left side of the dock were a nice touch also! The house was close in proximity to popular restaurants and bars including a 5-10 minute walk to Backwater Jacks (love this place). Margie was always reachable and very helpful with any of the questions that my friends and I had during our stay. I highly recommend this accommodation and am hoping to return to Osage Beach soon with family and friends and hope to stay here again.

A Perfect Family Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay! Margie was the best host, very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The check in was a breeze and the entire home was spotless and very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The location was great, very close to grocery stores and shopping, boat rentals, etc. The cove was calm and the dock was so nice for swimming and paddle boarding. Tons of outdoor space for eating and hanging out. We had two couples and 6 young adults aged 16-24 and the bunk room was perfect; they had their own space and we had ours 😉! Everyone agreed we would absolutely book this lovely home again, I can’t recommend it enough.

Such a great little house!

We had a girls weekend and this house was adorable! The bunk room made for some great sleeping! We enjoyed laying on the dock and hanging out in the water. The cove is not extremely busy which was nice. I would definitely recommend to others!

This place was the perfect place for our bachelorette get away. Dock access, plenty of beds, and super clean! The place was perfect and the checkin process was easy as well. Highly recommend staying here if you want a peaceful home with lake access. We will booking again!

Lake Stay

Loved our trip to the lake. House Cleanliness, big patio, and proximity to Backwater Jacks was all amazing. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay on the lake!

The dock and patio area was amazing

We spent most of are stay on the patio or the dock. It accommodated the twelve of us and gave us room to spread out. There is a lot of stairs. But there are manageable. The house is very comfortable. The only down fall is the stairs. They very steep. We went outside and around the house to get to the lower level of the house. The floors up stairs are very squeaky. But the house had everything you could need. We would rent the house again.

The property is in a wonderful location close to several amenities in Osage Beach. It was very clean and has an excellent location to hang out by the water. Margie was a great host and great to work with. We definitely recommend this spot for your Lake of the Ozark needs!

Wonderful home for a girls weekend!

We had a blast staying at Margie and Rick’s home for a girls weekend! The pictures of the listing don’t do it justice - the space is perfect for a large group. We never felt too cramped, even being a group of 12! Margie provided great recommendations and was easy to contact. I can’t recommend enough.

Location is perfect, close to most everything you want to do at the lake. We have added a new concrete dock with a huge swim platform. The deepwater cove and the view reeled us in. The sunsets and sunrise are spectacular along with all the amenities this side of the lake has to offer. We are one cove over from Back Water Jacks, you could walk there easily if you would like. Boat rental: Shiny Rock Boat Rentals. Boat or wave runners. Use code: Sumach for a $50 discount. They deliver and pick up at no charge.

We are so excited as we have a NEW large dock this season with a dive platform, and a huge space to relax and enjoy the views. We also have a large patio that will easily accommodate your large group with plenty of seating. We have a downstairs bar with a full-size refrigerator, so there is no running up and down the stairs when enjoying your patio time. Screened-in porch with seating. Two Kayaks, a paddle boat, a paddle board, LG. float seats, float noodles, and life jackets, among a few. We are in the heart of Osage Beach, so close to anything you might need or want. Come enjoy all this adorable property has to offer. You won't be disappointed. Outside security cameras front and back.
