Look no further for the perfect place to stay during your time in Colorado Springs! Located in historic Old Colorado City, just minutes from Garden of the Gods, downtown Colorado Springs, and Manitou Springs!

This newly remodeled and furnished 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom home has all the modern amenities you will enjoy, plus the charm and character of a turn-of-the-century property!

Main level living includes family room with 70-inch flatscreen TV, comfy seating for 5, fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and gas range, large kitchen table with seating for 6, bedrooms sleep 4 with large TVs, bathroom with spacious rain shower, heated floors and double sinks, rear entrance with mudroom. Washer and dryer in unit. Central A/C added summer 2021. Off street parking and RV parking available.

Private front and back patio with grill, outdoor seating, fire pit, chiminea, and yard games.

Home is equipped with cable and Wifi. Doorbell camera is present.

My only complaint is I can only give them 5 stars they deserve more!!! We loved the comfort, and location of this beautiful home!! I was there to visit family and they loved it as much as we did!!!

This home is amazing. Perfect location in the city. Close to many attractions and eateries. I wouldnt bother looking at any other places in the area and cant wait to return in the spring. 5 stars!

This cottage is close to a lot places! Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Focus on the Family, Seven Falls, Royal Gorge Bridge and Park and more! The cottage has a nice area outside in front to sit and a nice fireplace in the back. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessities. The bathroom is well renovated with a huge walk in shower. The water pressure and hot water was great! Communication was easy with the host.

Pastor's Cottage a joy to call home!

Wonderful, comfortable home. Kitchen and bath are exceptional. King bed was very comfortable. Home was very clean and well stocked. Excellent property that we would stay in again.

Thanksgiving getaway

This property was very nice, clean, conveniently located. Only thing that was disappointing it never got warmer then 63 degrees in the house so chilly even for us Minnesotans. Would be a wonderful place to stay in warmer months.

What a great place to stay!

We came into Colorado Springs knowing that a lot of the things we wanted to do are located in Manitou Springs (The Cog Railroad, Garden of the Gods, shopping, etc. So we looked around for a spot nearby. This location was perfect! Many of the places we like to eat were located nearby on Garden of the Gods Road and this location was close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Broadmoor too. I can't forget the little shops in Old Colorado City and how charming they were. We bought several moments and even some ornaments in the Christmas shop. This home was so nice inside: exposed brick in the bedrooms, shiplap, farmhouse style, and beautiful molding The bathroom was spacious and remodled with a very large shower and huge double vanity.I was surprised to find a huge kitchen and full sized Dining Room with large table. I have to admit the large screen tv was great too. We really liked the front sitting area outside. It is enclosed in the metal gate and had a couch and a few chairs. So nice for visiting and reading. It was cool at night, even during the summer (at least to us Floridians it seemed cool), so the comforter was fluffy and cozy. It was great to come home after a long day and sleep in a comfy king sized bed! Just a few issues: there is only on street parking available. Most of the time this was no problem and we could park right outside in front of the house. The last thing is this house is very close to the 7/11 on the corner, which is sketchy.

Beautiful home

This home is as nice in person as you see in the pictures. We cooked all of our meals, so we especially appreciated the kitchen with really nice appliances, plenty of cookware and spices and other amenities in the pantry and cabinets. The beds were very comfortable as we like a firm mattress. The only thing I could consider a minor problem is that the king bed in the main bedroom sat very high off the ground and there was no closet in that room to hang clothes. There was a closet in the other bedroom. It's always nice to have double sinks and a nice large counter in the bathroom. The location was convenient to many attractions in the area.

The Paster’s Cottage was a perfect spot for our visit to Colorado Springs. The house was very clean, decorated beautifully and well stocked. Great location! We loved staying there!

Pastor’s Cottage

The cottage was roomy & very clean. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. There were 2 outdoor areas to enjoy for coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening. The cottage was centrally located for all the sights that we wanted to see. Lots of shops & restaurants in the area.Jennifer our host was quick to respond to requests or questions.

Great place!

My sister and my teen children enjoyed our stay at the Pastor's Cottage. The owner provides some nice amenities and were available if needed. We would definitely stay there again.
