Pros: The living area was very comfortable and the bed too! The decor was beautiful with unique pieces of quality art. The heated bathroom shower floors were a plus. Host was very responsive to requests/ questions.Cons: The fixtures( overhead fans, bathroom lighting fixtures) were extremely dust. The flooring had some clumps of dust and hair in spots. Could have ceramic cereal bowls for microwaving items instead of plastic.

Most everything was excellent. Two pot lights were partially out of the wall/ceiling but not overly noticeable. Host was great.

Great neighborhood. Nice layout and loved the fireplace. The king bed mattress was excellent!Overall it was a good place to stay. On the downside the place could use more attention as the water filter in the frig needed to be replaced as the water only trickled out. There was only one washcloth and no place to hang wet towels. The bathroom barn style door also took a lot of muscle to open and close. In the main bedroom another nightstand would be very helpful as there was only one.

This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. I felt safe at all times. Paula is a very nice person. Is a dog lover which is important to me. The property is everything listed plus more! If I ever return to the Sorings I will rent again from her

A wonderful place…Host was great and it is close to everything you would want to do..Wish we had more time to stay..If you come to Colorado Springs this is the place to stay we will be back soon..Check in was easy and the host was wonderful..We just loved the neighborhood and like i said it is close to everything..The bed is to die for it was so comfortable..Would give more than 5 stars if i could..

The place was amazing, very clean. Communication started slow. VRBO told me I would get check in instructions three days before, but I only got them a day before. Overall a wonderful home and I would definitely stay there again.

Great place

The home worked out great and nicely decorated. We had 2 couples and the separate levels with our own bathrooms was the perfect layout. The only thing to note for renters is bring a higher clearance vehicle or plan on parking on the street. We had a mustang and Tesla Y. Both would scrap when pulling in and out of the driveway.

Nice place. Needs some small things fixed. Floors need cleaned around furniture legs. Fans need cleaned off. Comforters need cleaned. Showers are awesome! Bed was awesome. Check in great. Kitchen was great. Home decor created a lot of questions from our children.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed two beautiful nights here. I absolutely loved the space. Would come back 100%. Evening walks through the neighborhood were beautiful.

An Ideal Getaway

This place is knock out gorgeous, perfect for two couples or a party of three or four. Located in a beautiful neighborhood and super close to parks and activities (the zoo, The Garden of the Gods…), it offers an ideal get away. The home is decorated to perfection, the deck is lovely, and the backyard is an oasis. We loved our time here. Would highly recommend.

It was a nice property. It needed to be cleaned prior to us coming. The toilets were a mess and the floors were not swepped. We had to take time and our own expense to clean the toilets prior to staying. It was a quiet neighborhood.

Wyndham Resorts should be so nice

In two words... "jaw dropping." The online photos (sorry VRBO) did not begin to do it justice. This circa 1951 property was remodeled recently with numerous high-end touches. All rooms were spacious and well appointed. The main bath had a huge walk-in shower with 4 showering options and 4 correlating faucet handles. Additionally, it had a large, free standing tub and dual sinks. The large kitchen was outfitted with plentiful, beautiful cabinetry, granite counters and modern appliances. The dining/living area leads out to a covered deck overlooking a nice patio area and lots of trees. Until arriving we really weren't sure where the 2nd bedroom was situated. It was basement level accessed by a lovely, circular stairway leading to a nicely furnished bedroom and second bathroom. The main bedroom on the top floor is just off the entry Hall. It's nicely decorated with a KS bed, large dresser, night stand, wing back bedroom chair and a good sized walk-in closet. Also important was the hostess' responsiveness to my in app queries about various aspects of the property.

Beautiful House Close to Manitou

There was a hiccup at checkin but Paula was quick to respond and came up with a solution to resolve the issue. The home is in a great neighborhood and a short drive to downtown Manitou and Incline.

Great property in an excellent location

The property was exactly as described in the listing, except the listing doesn’t do justice to the great neighborhood it’s in. On a nice day you could take a 10 minute walk up to the Broadmoor or take a short ride into town. The house had everything we needed for our family of four. If there was one critique it would be that the downstairs bedroom does not have window shades, but the host does provide a tall fold out screen. If you need to have total darkness to sleep you’ll want to sleep in the upstairs bedroom.

The home was in a great location and was well appointed. We loved the backyard and deck, which was perfect for a morning coffee. I would definitely stay again. Although the yard is shared with the main house, we had it all to ourselves.
