Beautiful Large Luxury home - minutes from everything!

This is such a large and beautifully renovated and professionally designed home. There are 4 separate entertainment areas including the Formal Dining, Formal Living, Den with Fireplace, Patio and firepit. The Original pocket doors allow you to close off the bedrooms from the front of the house allowing for privacy for all. We have hosted tons of BBQ's and dinner parties in this house and have ample room to comfortably host large families.

There are plenty of places for the kids to hang out and for you to store your extra furnishings or outdoor sporting equipment. On a half an acre in the middle of town, it feels like you are miles away, but just minutes to everything. We have huge Magnolia trees and Pine Trees covering the property and throughout the neighborhood giving you lots of beautiful foliage throughout the year.

The health and safety of our guests, homeowners, and employees is our number one priority. Our vacation rental minimizes person-to-person contact with private amenities and entry via smart lock. Plus, each reservation is backed by 24/7 customer support and expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines.

Perfect for family and friends to spend time together while on vacation. This private home offers a large fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous cabinets and granite countertops and 2 separate dining tables that guests can gather around and enjoy meals. We have a formal dining room that seats 10 and breakfast nook for 4 plus 4 seats at the kitchen bar top. The patio and back fire pit is a great place to sip drinks after a day of activities since it's conveniently equipped with comfortable chairs and also with a gas grill! You'll be surrounded by lush trees and beautiful nature, providing the best scenery around. We also have tons of beautiful birds - Hummingbirds, Cardinals, Blue Jays, Sparrows and the occasional woodpecker! It's a nature enthusiasts dream!

If you packed your clubs, there are multiple country clubs with golf courses and public courses and pools for hot Texas summers. There are dozens of lakes and ponds in the region for a fun day on the water, plus endless hiking trails, fishing and hunting.

Our property, including an intimate backyard, is located within a quiet community in a cul-de-sac street. Feel free to take a step outside from our patio into the quiet or go for a short walk to Spring Lake Park. There is fishing, camping, bbq's, baseball fields, bike paths, frisbee golf and lots more.

Kitchen: Our Kitchen is fully equipped, ready to prepare yummy meals with a large fancy dining area and breakfast bar seating. We even included blender for your fresh smoothies.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: All the bedrooms have luxury mattresses, HD TVs with built-in Roku and Netflix.

The 1st Bedroom (The ‘King’) features a king size bed with his and her sinks, shower and bathroom (with privacy pocket doors) closet and dresser for your use along with a smart tv.

The 2nd Bedroom ('The 'king 2') has a luxurious king size bed, writing desk, comfy chairs for lounging and a smart tv.

The 3rd Bedroom (Queen Master) you will find a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and luxury trundle with 2 additional single beds all with temperpedic mattress toppers and an en-suite full master bathroom.

The 4th bedroom has a luxury Queen bed, writing desk and smart tv.

Living room: Enjoy a family night in our big living room with a 55” TV with Netflix, Prime and lots of comfortable seating to make the movie/music experience even more enjoyable! We have a large variety of games, movies and Netflix account, ALL included.

Washer and Dryer are available on the first floor with additional sink and 4th bathroom at the back of the house.

The formal sitting room can comfortably host 10 people for an elegant evening at home or champagne before dinner out on the town.

The formal dining room is absolutely beautiful and makes for the perfect place for breakfast, lunch and dinner with your family and friends. This is my favorite room in the house.

The house is equipped with High Speed Internet so the whole family can hook and enjoy all your devices.

Outside: We have an intimate backyard, with a beautiful old Magnolia tree - smells amazing! Lots of seating, plenty of shade and lots of trees all around.

Like to cook outside? So do we! That’s why we’ve added a private BBQ Grill !( propane gas)

This is our personal home - not just an investment. We love Texas and love to host, so in addition to our family home in Miami, we bought this second home in Texarkana to be close to our children and family throughout the year in our favorite location and decided to let others enjoy it while we're not here. We put our hearts and souls into this house to make it beautiful, comfortable and fun for every group, any time of the year. We are sure that you, your family, and friends will have a wonderful time here.

The home comes fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, linens, and full kitchen. We live in this home part-time so it has absolutely everything you may need.

We have Wifi inside and out, along with Smart T.V.’s in every room. You can login to anyone of your favorite streaming services, or watch the free content provided.

There is Central Heating and Air Conditioning throughout the house.

We also have a guest house that is available to rent separately. It has one king master bedroom, 2 lofts with king beds a living room, kitchen, 1 full bathroom and deck with outdoor shower. Both properties have fully fenced in back yard for privacy and plenty of street parking.

We have other properties in town and family down the street, so if we’re traveling, our nephew is available if anything comes up.
