You will feel welcomed at this turn of the century home with style and views of the water from all three floors. Be a chef in the kitchen or just leisurely read a book while enjoying 180-degree views of lake Washington and Cascades! It has a spacious living room with floor to ceiling picture windows. The master with a king bed is on the main floor and there are five other cozy bedrooms, perfect for larger group stays. The third level top floor bedrooms are charming. An open deck with a porch awaits you to enjoy the changing views from sunrise to sunset. Family entertaining awaits.

We had a wonderful weekend

Our whole stay was excellent, safeway was really close, and various restaurants, really spacious for our whole family!!! The view was beautiful. Definitely coming back to tyis place

Great stay. Amazing views

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious with several bedrooms and the home had amazing views of the lake from the living room. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a few meals from home. We were there during a heat wave so the house was a little hot , so we had to cool it down by opening windows. The home had about 8 fans, so that was extremely helpful. The immediate neighborhood was very nice, but a few blocks away it was pretty sketchy. Overall, we felt safe, especially at the house. The owners were very friendly and easy to get ahold of. Great stay and great house! We would come back.

Wonderful Space

A couple of friends and I rented out the house and it was AMAZING!!! The pictures don’t do justice with how pretty the ambiance and space it is. It is relatively close to everything as well!!

Great Group Gathering Location

This worked well for the 9 out-of-area friends to gather in a central location to meet, collaborate and share meals together! It was so convenient to the airport and great views of Lake Washington and the sunrise.

Lovely!

We stayed at this home for 4 nights before and after my daughter's wedding. It was the perfect place to hang out with family and recover from the wedding. The view is amazing and the house comes with everything you need. It was clean and the communication with the owners was great. We loved our stay!

Great for families

Located 20 minutes from downtown Seattle, the highlight of this rental is it’s amazing view of Southern Lake Washington. Bald eagle hung out from 6:30 to 8:00 every morning of our 8 day stay. Big open space with big windows looking at lake. My kids loved the unique and fun rooms upstairs. Perfect for three 12 year olds. Well stocked kitchen and really thoughtful owners. I didn’t need anything but they let me know they were available and seem to be truly nice people. Very happy with our stay.

Beautiful home with fantastic view

Home is beautiful and clean. We stayed during July 4th and it was a perfect stay. We enjoy the large balcony to BBQ. The living room has a fantastic view of the lake. It was nice to wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee is the living room. The drive to the lake was about 5 mins and water is clean to swim. The street to find home is a little difficult to find so may need to look at the map drawing before driving. The address led you to the Rainer Street but house parking and access to house is on the back street. It’s a 5 mins loop to the back side.

Great house for our visit to Seattle

Perfect for our family of six. The house had everything we needed plus a gorgeous view of the lake. Close enough to the city that we could easily drive into downtown and explore.

Great stay

We enjoyed our time in Seattle staying at this roomy home. Plenty of space for everyone, fabulous view and very clean and well equipped. Parking is a little challenging, but we worked it out.
