Bring your boat and beach towels to this gorgeous home, newly renovated interior and exterior, 4 spacious bedrooms (3(Q) 1(K)), 3 full baths with glass shower enclosures. 2 living rooms- pull out couch in loft living room. Spectacular, well equipped, easy to cook-in gourmet kitchen with 2 icemaker refrigerators, in-drawer microwave, d/w, 6 burner commercial gas stove/oven and huge island seats 6. 10' drink/buffet bar in the dining room with sink, icemaker, wine cooler and coffee bar. Half bath, large enclosed outside shower and 1st laundry room on ground level. 2nd laundry on main level. Ground floor lift to 1st floor for wheelchair, luggage and groceries ONLY. NOTE: LIFT SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR CHILDREN. From May-August this property rents Saturday-Saturday, 7 night minimum. Boat lift is owner use only.

Family week at the beach.

We have been coming to Topsail Beach and staying on the south end of the island for 52 years. My husband is now in a wheel chair and enjoys coming and fish in the canal. The house is pretty much wheel chair accessible. It is a lovely house with a well stocked kitchen. Thank you so much for having us.

Fantastic week with our family! The beach house and its amenities were wonderful. The living areas were spacious. The furnishings were excellent, including two fridges and plenty of plates and glasses and pots and pans. We really appreciated the elevator for getting our luggage and supplies up and down since the staircase is tall. The decks were roomy with great sunset views, and open-air lounging area under the houses was unique and fun. The dock worked well for our boat and kayaks and floats. Overall a great place to vacation.

Great Vacation

The home and property were beautiful and very clean! The proximity to the beach access was more like a 2 minute walk than a 3 minute walk, which was a pleasant surprise. The home had every amenity we could want. Wonderful listing! Wonderful vacation!

Spacious home with stellar kitchen--beverage bar with ice maker, two fridges, two pull-out trash bins, and loads of counter space. Great for a large group. Comfortable bedrooms, nice decks, and dock. The owner was very accommodating.

What a great property located at our favorite place on earth! Everything was simply perfect, and Beth was super helpful with any questions/concerns we had. Having 2 refridgerators and 2 washer/dryers was great. Plenty of sitting areas was also a plus. Can't wait to come back next year! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Lovely house

This was a lovely beach house, and we will definitely consider staying here again. Owner was very responsive to both e-mails and phone calls whenever we had a question or concern. Our favorite features of the house were the elevator lift for luggage, the large ice maker, and the spacious kitchen. In addition to the living room, the house offered several other “gathering spaces,” including two covered porches, the large dining room, the dock area, and the “breezeway” on the ground level. The neighborhood was relatively quiet most of the time. This was our first vacation together, with all of our extended family, and we made some wonderful memories!

Heaven at the beach

The house was excellent. Plenty of space for a large group. Well appointed and kitchen had it all. When it said 2 refrigerator I expected a small refrigerator downstairs.....no this is a regular frig upstairs. It makes sense for a place to have 2 refrigerators when you can accommodate that many guests. Great planning on owners design. All you need is food and friends for a good time. We had a rainy week and we did not care as the home was so nice. First time we had a lift to bring food and suitcases upstairs. Will never rent without one again.

Love this house. My family loved the house. We have already reserved it for next summer. There was a bit of an issue with the air-conditioner but they sent someone out right away. Unfortunately it did not fix the problem. In the afternoon/evening the AC would not go below 80 degrees and the thermostat would send out an alert. Even if we were not cooking. Would probably help if maybe some darker curtains to keep the rooms from heating up during the day. I will have to say, it was a very hot week in July.

Great vacation! So easy...Book it, pack and go!

It was a real stroke of luck to have found this rental. The owner and the manager were so welcoming, took time to answer all questions and offered personal notes about the home and the island. I’ve rented many vacation homes and don’t remember a better experience. The house is beautifully renovated and better equipped than most all others. You won’t struggle to cook...everything’s there. The canal dock was perfect for our boat and we were in the channel in one minute. The low tide sand bars are an awesome place to spend the day, with cool breezes and water gentle enough for kids. We set up a sun shade and spent the day playing in tidal pools, shell hunting, swimming, fishing and just relaxing. The sunsets are beautiful right from the back porch where we had drinks and dinner several times. The owner has thoughtfully provided everything needed for a wonderful vacation! Pack lightly, take a few beach necessities, stop in Surf City for groceries on the way in and then have a great time!

Exceeded expectations

From the dock where we tied our boat to the front screened in porch all expectations were met. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen, ample towels, restful decor, huge island and separate sink and bar and constantly producing ice machine. Excellent week. Would have liked the lift to work but totally understand that computer chips are back ordered. Thank you for a great week.

Great Vacation!

House was perfect for our family…super clean…great layout to the house…updated open floor plan was perfect for family meals and relaxation. Dock was great for swimming and fishing! Short walk to the beach our to the inlet beach for calm waters…love walking around the point and just enjoying the calm…Great to have 2 refrigerators!! Didn’t realize how useful and needed it was with all the drinks…ice machine was a huge hit to fill the coolers before a day at the beach…no complaints … rent with confidence… thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful home!
