This house is well-appointed with luxury items and ready for making memories during your vacation week here in the Queens Grant community. 4 day minimum rental, check-in/checkout Thu or Fri. Sleeps 8. So many amenities included that save you over a thousand dollars in rental fees, time, coordination, and stress... I.e. all linens (bedding, towels - bath, hand, beach), beds made, welcome snack tray, soaps (hand/dish/laundry/dishwasher), shampoo/conditioner, spices, paper products (paper towels, TP), garbage bags, beach equipment, etc. So much simpler than most rentals.

Spacious top (3rd) floor - LR, DR, kitchen open concept with tons of natural light. The entire floor is great for family events and connections. Dining Room table for 8! Kitchen bar with 3 stools. Convenient half bath. Well-equipped kitchen with tons of counter space for your family cooking and eating enjoyment. For those who want to show off their culinary skills, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and lots of cabinet space. Appliances include: garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, separate ice cube machine, air fryer, electric stove/oven, coffee maker (with fresh grounds), coffee grinder, blender, crock-pot, toaster (4-slice), electric griddle, electric can opener, and vacuum cleaner. LR has a large screen mounted TV with cable and large couches to lounge after a day basking at the beach or pool.

2nd floor has 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 queen and four twin size beds (two sets of bunk beds), sleep space for a total of 8; 2 full bathrooms with dual sinks. Guest bath has tub/shower, MB has private bath w/walk-in shower. The laundry room has full size (side by side) washer and dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets available. Dressers, nightstands, and luggage racks in the bedrooms for your use.

1st floor has an office setup. Meanwhile, the beach/pool equipment is inside to keep organized and shake off the outside before heading upstairs. There is also a full-size chest freezer for your convenience on this floor.

3 outside decks (1 on each level) with amazing views and sounds. Each deck has furniture w/seating for your outdoor enjoyment. 3rd floor deck has Polywood chairs and table, a lounge chair, and lighting for relaxing. 2nd floor deck has a Polywood swinging bench and a hammock for relaxing, where you can enjoy the expansive views of the sound and view of the ocean and the calming sound of the waves.

Interior elevator for easy access to all 3 floors - makes bringing your groceries and luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors a breeze. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and LR.

There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water to wash off the sand from the beach or the chlorine from the pool. The beach is a short walk... follow the sound of the waves! Wi-fi access provided. Cable TV (LR, MB, and canal side bedroom). Central Air & Heat. Keypad access to the house (no fussing with keys). Kitchen dish towels and dish cloths, bath towels, beach towels, wash rags, bedroom blankets, sheets, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, and your beds will be made up. Providing the linens saves you the hassle of coordinating, making beds and the money involved with renting them which saves you $258 minimum for the week (Contact Sweet Dreams Linen 910-328-5312, a local delivery company for more, unique needs than what is included). Carpeted stairs only, the rest of the house is LVP or tile. Complementary toilet paper provided in each bathroom (2 rolls). Complementary paper towels provided (2 rolls). Soaps and shampoo/conditioner provided. Dishwasher and laundry pods provided. Spices available. Just buy your specific groceries for the week and/or partake in the various restaurants on the island (Topsail Beach and Surf City). Trying to help you cut down on the items you have to pack, bring along, or rent... so much has been thought of and provided for you and your family to get here and enjoy it all.

Gated access community exclusive amenities include: pool (2nd largest on the whole island), beach crossovers (4), recreation area (with charcoal grills, picnic tables, playground for the little ones, basketball court). Great area for biking, walking, watching the sunrise and sunset with breathtaking views from various spots on the community grounds. Canal within feet of the ground level deck. Crab pot provided!

No smoking anywhere on premises, No pets (to help with those guests that cannot be exposed to pets/dander, etc. Carport parking for 2 vehicles.

For outdoor fun – basketball for community court, a cooler with wheels, a large kayak and paddles, 4 beach chairs, 2 body boards, pool floats/noodles, and assorted sand toys to enjoy.
Quaint town of Topsail Beach is 1.5 miles south. There is shopping, restaurants, food trucks, skating rink, pickleball courts, town park, miniature golf, live music on the weekends, museum, pier (with fishing), boat tours (sightseeing and fishing), and church to name a few. Golf courses in the area (off the island).
