Set in 10,000 m² of magnificent parkland, with trees and surrounded by a green lawn, La Demeure offers 4 large bedrooms with bathrooms, beautiful living spaces, an old barn converted into a summer kitchen and an exceptional view over the Dordogne.
A large and beautiful swimming pool completes this exceptional property.
It can comfortably accommodate 10 travellers.

With your friends, your family or your colleagues, you will be able to admire the sunset on the Dordogne, after a walk in the vineyards of Bordeaux and a dive in the swimming pool.

La Demeure offers you :

An unheated pool accessible only during the summer months.

Caution for young children
The use of the pool and the dangerousness of the banks of the Dordogne are the responsibility of the renter.
We ask each tenant to sign a declaration disclaiming all liability.

For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, an iron and its table.
Quality bed sheets, towels and tea towels and some coffee capsules are provided and your bed is made on arrival.

Of course, Wi-Fi is available and free of charge !

Saint-Loubès is a commune in the Entre-deux-Mers region, about 20 kilometres from Bordeaux. Located on the left bank of the Dordogne, in the Gironde department, it is situated at the gateway to the Bordeaux Urban Community.

A sort of town in the countryside, Saint-Loubès takes its name from a deformation of Saint Loup, a former bishop of Troyes who died in the 5th century. Dynamic and modern, the town has been able to develop an important economic activity since the 1970s, centred on several thematic centres. The Gironde city also offers a very interesting range of leisure and tourism facilities.

Full of charm, the town, which is quite old, also reveals some beautiful monuments, witnesses of glorious eras and an eventful past.
