This stunning 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo, completed in December 2022, offers a blend of modern luxury and cozy comfort.
Enter from the ground level, then take a short set of stairs down to this single-level unit
Step into the inviting living room, where you can unwind in front of a stone fireplace while watching your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The space is bathed in natural light, thanks to the large French-style doors and near floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the outdoors.
Just off the living room, you'll find your private hot tub, the ideal spot to relax and soak after a day on the slopes.
The contemporary kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances and a convenient kitchen island with bar-style seating for four, perfect for casual dining or entertaining.
For your convenience, the condo includes in-suite laundry facilities and laundry soap is included.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
