1 Block to Camp Watercolor! Newly Renovated! 6 Seater Golfcart! Great Location!

'Salty Escape' is newly purchased and completely remodeled for 2021! Our home is located in the perfect location to everything at 360 Red Cedar Way. Our newly remodeled home includes 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, (1 king bedroom/bathroom, plus 1/2 bath on the main level).

We are located just 1 block from Camp Watercolor and the WC tennis courts, and near the Seaside bike cut through. Our home is beautifully and spaciously laid out with a large open concept living room and kitchen, 10 foot ceilings downstairs, 9 foot ceilings upstairs and plenty of room to spread out. We also provide a complimentary 6 seater street legal golf cart and 4 adult bikes year round!

Our home has been completely furnished with new paint, new countertops, new furniture throughout, new bedding, lighting, decor, and all new patio furniture and a brand new custom bed swing. The house sits off the main road and has a nice grassy park area to play, or throw and kick a ball around. Also included in the park is a gravel spot specifically designed to play bocce ball.

Included in our home, our guests have full access to the newly renovated Watercolor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, multiple community pools, playgrounds/parks, tennis center, trails, and many restaurants. Watercolor includes quaint streets, bike paths, nature trails, the Watercolor Boathouse with rental paddleboards, kayaks and so much more.

We have all the amenities for a great vacation on 30A and look forward to having your family anytime!

We had a wonderful stay. The house on the side street was quiet and allowed the kids to play there. The house was very clean and comfortable Loved cuddling up on the large swing on front porch. We throughly enjoyed the golf cart and bikes. The trolley made it easy to enjoy all the pools and beach. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful home and great location within Watercolor for kids (quick walk to Camp Watercolor and playground). It’s clear that the owners put a ton of love and effort into the place, it doesn’t feel like a typical rental that’s done on the cheap. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are very comfortable! We loved hanging out on the front porch. Some sort of shelfing or cabinet for pantry items would be a nice addition, but otherwise a perfect spot!

Great family vacation in Watercolor

Our family of 6 loved our stay. The house is perfect. Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Front porch was very enjoyable. Golf cart allowed for easy and fun back and forth to beach and camp watercolor. Nicole was very kind and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!

Great Location for Families

Great location in Watercolor and close to everything a family could need for a vacation. Grocery store, pool, beaches, and restaurants were all a bike or golf cart ride away.

Marvelous in Watercolor!

We loved our time staying at the house. It has all you need and the bedroom layout is perfect. The front and back porch offer a wonderful place for conversation, reading, relaxing. We would book it again absolutely! The location is the BEST!

Perfect location

This was the best house we have gotten on 30a so far! The location was absolutely perfect- even beyond being close to camp watercolor! The nature preserve in the back is great for exploring, and the house is located across from a courtyard type thing in the front. It’s a very quiet street, we often played whiffle ball out front and it was very safe. The golf cart worked great, the house was clean (and gorgeous), nothing was broken, and the owner was easy to get in touch with! We would definitely recommend this house!

Great stay at this luxury Watercolor Rental Beautiful Home.

This is our second time to stay with this host. It works well for us as Grandparents stay in the downstairs bedroom and adjoining bath. Up stairs our daughter, son in law and 30 month old grandson stayed in large Master Bedroom, rented crib and loved the huge tub for bath time. Our 7 year old granddaughter loved the bunk room sleeps 4 and set all her stuff up in there. There her parents had the other bedroom with en-suite bath next to her. The kitchen , dining room table and living area are all beautiful done and so much room with the bonus of a half bath downstairs. Full size washer and dryer. Love the grill on the large back porch backs up to nature preserve. Bonus she has a storage bin full of beach toys ! Also so close to Camp Watercolor. We took the 6 seater golf cart everywhere. So lovely the Watercolor Beach Club has baby pool. Kids pool and adult pool plus good food and drinks. Beach access so easy with parking in garage underneath. Renting our beach chairs via St. Joes so easy as set up everyday with umbrellas. Host has totally updated the home and it’s really nice, light and bright. We hope to rent it every year !

Great Place for a Family Vacation

We had a great week in Watercolor, and this house was perfect for our 7 family members. We found the house to be clean and spacious situated in a great part of the development - close to Camp Watercolor, close to the tennis courts. The golf cart was essential and made it easy to get around. Nicole was very easy to get in touch with when needed. The check in process was smooth. 5 stars all around and would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Watercolor.

Fantastic week

We are a family of five and have been staying at 30A for 10 years now. We love Watercolor and love this little house. This was our 4th time staying here, and we booked for our 5th. It’s super close to Publix, Seaside shops and Camp Watercolor. The golf cart is a perfect way to pack up and get to the beach, get groceries or a late night ice cream run.

Wonderful property, great location

We've stayed in Watercolor many times, and this home would win our Best All Around Award. The home was very nicely equipped and appointed with beautiful, yet family friendly, comfortable furnishings. This was the BEST LOCATION of any home we had stayed in yet! A quick walk to Seaside, Camp Watercolor, and near Publix, yet on a very quiet street with lots of green space and low traffic. Bikes and golf cart were a plus. We also enjoyed all the outdoor living areas - the front porch with comfy swing, the screened porch, and the back deck with unobstructed views of nature. Owners were quick to respond to questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this property.

Girls trip

Perfect house, perfect location and a perfect vacation. We had the best time staying at this beautiful home. it was very clean, beautifully decorated and had such comfortable beds. The porches were the perfect place to read a good book and visit. We loved playing ga The golf cart was an added bonus. We enjoyed riding to the beach club, grocery store, and several great places to eat. The walking and bike trails are perfect. Seaside was an easy walk and fun to visit. We will definitely be back!

This is actually our 2nd time owning in the 30A area. We feel we have provided everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation in Watercolor and we look forward to sharing our beach house with your Family!

We began our search for our first beach house in the 30A area in June of 2016. After months of searching, we decided to purchase our first home in Seagrove, in the beautiful and quaint neighborhood of The Grove by the Sea. As our kids have grown, we found ourselves loving the amenities of the Watercolor community. So 'Salty Escape' became our 2nd time owning and we can't wait to share our home in Watercolor with you. This home is beautifully and spaciously laid out, with a bedroom/bathroom on the main level, master bedroom upstairs, along with a bunk room for the kiddos, and a beautiful open kitchen and living room. It is great for families to gather and enjoy a wonderful vacation together.
