However, décor and furnishings may vary slightly as each condo is individually owned, giving every stay its own unique coastal charm. Conveniently located near Barefoot Landing, golf courses, entertainment, and dining, this property provides both relaxation and easy access to many popular attractions.

Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the condo as well as shared areas throughout the Barefoot Yacht Club community. This includes access to community outdoor pools, hot tubs, and scenic walking areas along the Intracoastal Waterway. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful marina surroundings and relaxing outdoor spaces throughout the property.
The location also provides easy access to nearby golf courses, shopping, dining, and entertainment at Barefoot Landing. As a guest, you'll also find public beach access nearby, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.
Please note that the HOA allows only two parking passes for this unit, and additional passes unfortunately cannot be provided.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
