Esta casa adosada multifamiliar de tres dormitorios (capacidad para 11) se encuentra justo en el agua y ofrece una cómoda vida de vacaciones con todas las comodidades que necesita, y más. Disfrute de la puesta de sol desde la terraza de arriba o la sala de Florida del nivel principal; salga a la bahía y al pantano en cualquiera de los cuatro kayaks (2 dobles, 2 individuales) que vienen con el alquiler; andar en bicicleta a la piscina cercana, gimnasio o canchas de tenis que forman parte de la comunidad de Bayville Shores; o simplemente pasar el rato con un buen libro en una silla cómoda y actuar como si estuviera de vacaciones. La playa está a poca distancia en coche y también hay mucho que hacer en la arena. La cocina bien equipada y el generoso espacio en la mesa hacen que las comidas sean divertidas y relajadas en las noches en las que elige comer, y hay muchos restaurantes a solo minutos de distancia si desea darse un capricho. We had a great experience. The location is great and home was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances. Additionally, the garage is full of sporting goods, bikes, and kayaks. We would return if we are in the area again.

Week at the shore

The house was lovely, very clean, and super comfortable. The kitcehn was most well-equipped of any VRBO I have stayed in. Holly was super helpful and available. View and access to water with kayaks was superb. Would definately go back.

Wonderful family getaway

The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. The development had a great pool and tennis courts that the kids loved. The house had lots of bikes and kayaks for us to use, also toys and chairs for the beach were great to have. We loved being right on the water, the kids fished right out back and around the development. We would definitely come back!

A very enjoyable and relaxing vacation

Out of the many vrbo homes we have stayed, this ranks in the top 3. The Fosters are super hosts and are so kind. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and the view is breathtaking. I truly don't want to take so much time writing how amazing this place is because then people will want to rent it out and we won't have any available dates to rent this home. :) Loved every minute we stayed here.. Thanks again for a wonderful time!

Beautiful home, fantastic view!

You couldn't ask more from a vacation home. The house is fantastic and is just as the photos show. Bikes galore, kayaks, games, movies, a pool and nice people close to everything. The owners, Holly and Ron answered all my questions quickly and Holly called while we were there to make sure everything was fine. We are definitely going to come back.

2023 Seashore Vacation

Words cannot describe the overall experience we had for our summer vacation! First off the location is ideal for being close to so many places but not to close as to being too crowded or noisy! The house itself is laid out beautifully with gorgeous sunrises and sunset views of the bay! It has all the amenities you need including a bonus of 4 kayaks to use and a number of bikes to use! It is well taken care of and clean! Our only sad part about our week was having to leave but we plan on coming back for another vacation week! Thanks so much Ron and Holly for sharing your home with my family for our summer vacation!

Great family vacation!

The property pictures did not do it justice. There was plenty of room for our family and it did not lack for anything! We would consider renting the same property again. The grandchildren had a great time!

Everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

The older folks loved the marsh, the birds, and the kayaks. The younger ones loved the beach, the boardwalk, and the games. We all enjoyed the many bathrooms and the layout of the condo.... the kitchen was wonderful, Florida room made the perfect office, and community seemed safe and friendly for all. Thanks to the hosts for a wonderful week.

Amazing!!

The vacation was wonderful! Holly was so welcoming and informative. Plenty to do around the house; biking, kayaking, pool and a walking trail around the property. Only downside(so minor) is that pool in the COVID world has some restrict rules and one worker that follows them to a tee. Don’t worry about him. The house is amazing and big. Easily fit two families 4 adults 5 kids. My favorite part was the porch and the views! You will not be disappointed.

Perfect family vacation!

We have rented this house from Ron and Holly for three years in a row and every year we can’t wait to go back! As a family with teenagers and little ones we especially enjoy being able to use the bikes and kayaks and all the other fun toys in the garage. Ron and Holly are very attentive owners who have always made us feel that they genuinely care about us having a great vacation at their home. Plus the sunset views on the bay are priceless!

Bay Getaway

We loved our stayed at the Fosters' home. They were in touch with us from the beginning. The kayaks and bikes were a wonderful way to explore the bay. Their home was quiet, but close to the action of Fenwick Island and Ocean City. We couldn't have had a better time between the bay and the ocean in their lovely, comfortable home.

Relaxation Station

This property is top notch. It's clean, comfortable and roomy! It's a perfect quiet base close to grocery stores, restaurants, Fenwick Island, Rehoboth Beach & Ocean City so it's convenient to go to popular tourist areas or chill on the patios or kayak the bay. Holly is an excellent host and checks to ensure all is well. Perfect sunsets can be viewed daily. We'll definitely be back!

Best Birthday Ever

Simplify is beautifully decorated with spectacular views of the marshland and bay. It is fully equipped and even has bikes and kayaks to use. It was great to see my family relax after a hard week at work. Celebrating my 60th birthday here with family was a memory I will not forget. Great Location for a Beach Getaway

Wonderful views in this fabulous bayside townhome off Fenwick Island. We really enjoyed kayaking and biking and exploring when we weren’t up at the beach. The pool and tennis courts are nice too. Close to some of our favorite restaurants, putt putt golf, donut and ice cream shops, souvenir shops, and grocery stores.

Awesome house for the beach!

The house is beautiful, spacious, with all the comforts of home! The neighborhood has great amenities, and we never had a problem getting to the beach, even for the busiest week of the summer! We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect for the whole family!

This is not your typical rental! Ron and Holly make sure you feel right at home and everyone loved how spacious and well appointed this home was. The furnishings are beautiful and we found everything we needed. There is a great selection of movies and books and the views of the bay are priceless! Everyone in the family found something to do! The kids loved the kayaks and bikes and my husband and son loved fishing in the bay and the ponds in the community. The pool is very nice and is just a short walk from the house. This is the perfect vacation home for an active family!

A fabulous home at the beach with activities for everyone in the family.

This home is fabulous, and it is a home not a rental house. Holly and Ron are extremely gracious owners who share not only this beach house, but all of the things to make it feel like your home for the week. The kitchen has all the right dishes and pots and pans so that our family of six can easily fix our own meals each evening. The proximity to the ocean is great while being a part of Bayville Shores community provides renters with full access to the community pool and tennis courts. Holly and Ron generously allow renters to use their kayaks, bikes, and beach supplies ensuring that we were able to fully enjoy our week in Fenwick.

Great place to stay overlooking the bay. Lots of bikes and kayaks to keep everyone busy. House is well kept. Was a great place to stay, would recommend and stay again.

Absolutely Fantastic!

We knew it looked nice from the pictures but it exceeded all expectations in person! The kitchen and main living area are incredibly nice and comfortable! But the views of the bay, the sunsets at night, and the kayaking on the bay are truly unique to this house!

Perfect house in the perfect location

“Simplify” is a magnificent vacation home. For those who love unspoiled nature but also want to spend time at beach doing all the beachy boardwalk type things, it offers the perfect base for doing both. We spent a long weekend at the house, launching a kayak every day from the back yard for excursions across the Little Assawoman Bay and up Dirickson Creek. There we saw many blue herons, egrets, ducks, gulls, osprey, a kingfisher, red-winged blackbirds and, yes, one bald eagle. On the edge of the water we spotted crabs and frogs. One grasshopper-sized frog jumped into the kayak, then out. The house provides an open-air, third-floor balcony overlooking the tidal marshes and bay, and from there we spent wonderful hours, reading and watching egrets and herons stalk their prey. On the second floor, there is an enclosed Florida room, also overlooking the bay, that would offer similar views with shelter from the heat in mid-summer. The house itself is smartly designed and furnished. The kitchen, Florida room and bathrooms are tiled, the bedrooms carpeted, the dining room polished wood. The furniture is contemporary beach style, not the 70’s leftovers so many families stuff into their beach houses. This furniture appears nearly new and well cared for. We liked the small, thoughtful touches around the house. On the third-floor balcony, for instance, the resin Adirondack chairs sit high, elevating your line of sight over the porch rail, for an unobstructed view. All the light switches are labeled, so you won’t fumble around hitting a hall light when you want a front door light. The refrigerator is humongous. TVs in every bedroom and broad DVD collection are over the top, and the library of paperbacks more than ample. The community in which this townhouse sits is upscale, with manicured lawns and flower beds, fountains, a large, clean pool, and well-equipped fitness center. While the house offers privacy, all the activities and facilities associated with a beach are nearby. In September, when we visited, it was a seven-minute drive to the grocery; ten minutes to seafood restaurant row; 14 minutes to miniature golf courses and beach shops. We got to Rehobeth in 40 minutes for sensational dining. Finally, Holly and Ron are gracious owners. They patiently and promptly answered questions and provided advice. They made sure our experience at their home was everything they promised. We loved everything about this house, and we'll be back.

We are tucked in a quiet water-front (amazing views and sunsets) and super easy water-access (literally out the back door with your kayak and you are in the water) part of the Bayville Shores community which offers the best of both worlds. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. AND a retreat like atmosphere when you simply want to unwind. You will leave refreshed!
