Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, comunicación y ubicación
Lots of bugs in the house. Spiders in every corner of every room. Killed 100s of ants in the kitchen. No small rubbish bin inside the house. We had to put our rubbish on the kitchen floor until the bag was full and then we took it outside. If your stay doesn't end on Friday then they want you to drive the rubbish to the rubbish yard.A waste of my valuable vacation time.Cleaner should take the rubbish.The AC/heater has a switch outside that they require you to turn on/off.If you have been flying for hours and then driving for hours and you arrive at the house at 22:30 this is confusing.We slept the first night without heat.It got quite cold that night. They have the neighbor come over to turn on/off the water heater why cant they flip the switch for the AC also. They do have AC but it is only in 1 room the living room area.The rest of the house is hot they should provide fans to move the cool air into other parts of the house. There is only 1 small door that the air can get to the back of the house. The fan on AC is weak.If there was a fan of any kind it would help cool the rest of the house.They also require you to provide your own sheets and pillow cases.This was a major inconvenience.Arriving late and it was a weekend.The 1 and only local 2nd hand store was closed.We had to drive to Taupo wich is 1hr away to purchase our own sheets and pillow cases. Another waste of my and time. I talk to some local kiwis and they were shocked to hear about all these things.
