Studio Sea is a newly constructed adorable home located near town decorated with beach cottage decor. Upon entry to the house there's an instant sense of cozy and calm as you walk through the living room area with comfortable sofa sleeper, chairs, a large screen TV, cable and Wifi. The full kitchen is well equipped with all you will need for preparing that special meal for your family and/or friends. It features a gas top stove, stainless steel appliances, beautiful counter tops, & led track lighting. The dining area has seating for 8. Both bedrooms are just down the hallway. The master bedroom (BR1) offers a king bed, flat screen TV. The en-suite master bath is equipped with a modern tile shower with sliding glass door. The second bedroom (BR2) has a set of twin bunk beds and a full bed along with a flat screen TV. For your convenience the stack-able washer and dryer combo is located just off the kitchen tucked neatly in a closet. There is a spacious, covered, outdoor patio with evening shade and a picnic table that is perfect for grilling on the provided charcoal grill. The backyard is fully enclosed and fenced for your privacy. Pets are considered, perfect with the enclosed yard. Large driveway for Boat or RV parking. This home has everything on the checklist for for a fantastic, fun-filled getaway close to shops and restaurants and a 3 minute ride to the beach.

The house was beautiful and surprisingly very spacious. The backyard was the best part. We enjoyed meals on the deck and at the picnic table near the grill. The outdoor shower was a bonus. We loved it so much that we plan on returning.

Great Beach House

The location was perfect. I also enjoyed the cleanliness and home decor. My favorite parts were the back patio and the hose that reached out to the driveway for washing off the golf cart and beach toys.

a wonderful place for a restful getaway

Our family of 7 stayed in this home for 3 nights and 4 days … everything we needed was ready for us. The location is smack dab in the middle, close to the beach and the fun shops. We really appreciated the outdoor shower for helping to keep sand out of house and our beds!

Cute little beach house

Perfect place to stay for our family of 5! Close to the beach but also to the restaurants and shops. We loved the outdoor shower after coming home from the beach. It’s all brand new and it’s tastefully decorated! It’s way better than the pictures!!! We are definitely coming back!

Wonderful house

This house is amazing. Great house for family. Kitchen was well stocked with items to use. The backyard is what made us choose this house. Love that it is kid friendly. If I’m ever in Port A again I will stay here for sure!

Port A Paradise

What an amazing place to stay for a weekend in Port A! The location is great - walked to the grocery store and liquor store. Lovely backyard with a raised patio, perfect for watching the palm trees sway. The house itself is gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The house also has a beautiful family history to discover. 5 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mini Summer Vacation

Wonderful property! We loved how spacious it felt. Parking our boat behind the fence was a huge plus for us! There were a couple of items that needed attention, we reported to property management. Nothing that would cause us not to stay again. We frequent Port A a lot, so we will be back! Thank you!

Wonderful place

Great little house. Thoughtfully laid out and feels bigger than it is. Two bedrooms/two baths. Living area and kitchen very comfortable. Ten stars to Life in Paradise property management company. Easy to talk to and full of information. Highly recommend Coach’s for breakfast and Tortuga’s and Finns for dinner. The house is not really walking distance to the beach (at least for little kids) but is easy drive by golf cart. You can hear the ocean on some days and the town is right there. Huge backyard, but there are stickers, so wear shoes. Outside shower to wash off sand. Will stay here again!

The house was clean, furniture was comfortable, a/c was cold, neighborhood was quiet, no mosquitos in the backyard, all the appliances/utensils were high quality, washer and dryer were clean, this in every room. It was paradise.

Great location and cute property

This property exceeded our expectations. To start, I appreciated the contactless check in/check out which was great. The house was cuter than pictures, the finishes were all new and the decor was really well done - like mid-century beachy. We loved the open floor plan and the large table. Everything was well appointed and stocked in the kitchen which was great since we were eating in due to covid. We also loved the outdoor shower to clean everything off. It was in a great location as well - we were only a few blocks from the beach and we rented a golf cart (their were plenty of rentals within walking distance.) We would 100% stay here again. The only ding is that the mgmt company reached out to offer us a golf cart rental which was at a good discount, so I cancelled my other reservation and then they never called me back - I left 2 msgs and txt and to this day they never followed up. Luckily, rentals were within walking distance and available.

This home was perfect!

Everything about this place was perfect, it was spotless, very well decorated- cute without being cheesy or excessive. The Property is new, and materials chosen are quality, I would live in this house! No cheap “it’s just a rental” stuff going on here. The location is excellent, we walked to the beach every morning (takes 10-15 mins depending on ages of walkers) Close to everything you could possibly need in Port Aransas. Check in and check out where easy, quick communication when needed. The back deck is wonderful, has a shower complete with warm water, to rinse off sand. Some notes for families with small children- they provide a step stool for the bathroom for littles, there is a bath tub in the main bathroom as well, all rooms have Smart TVs, and the best part, washer and dryer on property, so bring some laundry pods and enjoy not bringing home a heap of dirty laundry! The yard is perfect if kids need a moment outside, it’s fully fenced. Ample table space for dinner both inside and out. There was even a little book about the history of Port A, the owner has put effort into this property and it really shows, the rental management was perfect also, this is the single best experience we’ve had renting a vacation stay- and we’ve been coast to coast all over the US!

Great and beautiful house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the perfect size for our stay. Very up to date and overall just awesome. It was easy to find, and get in and out of. It's also close to many entrances to the beach, as well as local shops. 10/10!

Rental is way cuter in person thank photos, it’s so cute! Love the decore!

The place was super clean, appliances were clean and new. The space was decorated so nicely, and there a nice big table to get the family together to share a meal. It was nice they had a hose and sprayer to clean off sand outside from beach. Super close to the beach. Loved this rental, would stay there again. Bathrooms were super nice!
