We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Our favorite part was spending time on the docks fishing right outside the property—it made every morning and evening so enjoyable.One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible manatee visits. Getting to watch them so close was such a special experience and something our family will never forget.The location was fantastic, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind while still being close to everything we wanted to do in the Keys. We made so many wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing Keys getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Key Colony Beach! The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and so relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. The house was very comfortable and perfect for our family of five, big beds nice kitchen and living area, the kids found board games that the house had. We especially appreciated how cold the air conditioning stayed after spending time in this Florida heat. 🦞 The large canal and dock were a huge bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was close to the dolphin research center also has a lot of hotels near by if you have extended family joining your stay . We had a good time going out fishing and lobstering . Anytime we had a question, the hosts responded quickly and were very helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation in Key Colony Beach. It truly felt like paradise, and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location

This was a perfect little place for our stay! Living area was a little smaller, but had a big patio area to make up for it and with a great waterfront view we just sat outside for meals. The location can't be beat - you can walk to Cabana Club for the pool and beach, or to Havana Jack's for food and drinks. The place was clean and seemed well maintained, and the golf cart was a really nice feature. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. Such a beautiful area and the canal was so nice. Manatees and birds were seen regularly. The community pool and beach was really great! Highly recommend!

Must stay, so peaceful

Very enjoyable stay. Property was beautiful and very convenient. Very peaceful being in the water with access to fish all day long. House was very cozy, access to the golf cart and cabana club was a great addition to the rental. Would choose this location again

Great location. Very clean house. Pictures need updated, there are no TV's in bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Golf cart was awesome. Quiet neighborhood.
Patio with canal access. We did a lot of fishing.

Nice Family-friendly stay

We really enjoyed the location, the local beach & pool club, everything was walkable or we could use the golf cart. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Friendly and responsive property manager, thanks so much!

The host was very accommodating. We enjoyed the location and outdoor spaces. The house was comfortable, but cold, as we had cold weather. We had trouble with the TV. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was good

The house was clean and as described. The golf cart was awesome and a great perk. Parking was good as well, plenty of room for our large truck and trailer. Proximity to parks, beaches, and restaurants was excellent. Sparky’s is a must for dining. Our fresh fish caught that day was cooked to perfection. The house did have slippery floors for our dogs. Luckily we had rugs with us and used them while at the house. There was also a problem with the vertical blinds in the living room, which we reported to the manager. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come again.

Great Amenities

This is a great little cottage; it was clean and worked well for two couples. The house isn't perfect, but having access to the golf cart and the pool and private beach at the Cabana Club made it extra special! Some great nearby places are Sparky's Landing (good food and live music), Havana Jack's (next to the Cabana Club) for drinks, live music, and unbeatable ocean views, and Sunset Park.It was clean

This was a great place to stay in Key Colony Beach, with access to a pool and small beach club. The place has great outdoor entertainment areas as well, with a covered area on the side next to the kitchen, that has a large table along with lounge chairs, with more chairs and a kayak in the backyard too. A golf cart is included as well, but we never got around to using it. There's even a park for kids on the other side of the neighborhood, with tennis courts, while there's another park nearby with a pier and a small beach. Unfortunately though, there was seaweed piled up on the beaches on the Atlantic side of the Keys, causing the water in the canal we were staying at to be very brown and murky, completely unlike the crystal clear water you would normally expect to see in the Keys, which was the whole point I chose to go there and not someplace else. It had a strong sulfur smell as well, while all the beaches were closed down due to seaweed being piled up. The horrible smell seemed to get better as the week went on, while fortunately the gulf side seemed completely fine. If I'd known about this beforehand though, I would not have gone to the Keys and spent this kind of money, to not be able to enjoy the water behind the place we were staying at, which is the whole point of going to the Keys in my opinion. I was very disappointed over this, but again chalk it up to my own bad timing and luck, and don't blame the owner over this.

Wonderful family getaway

We stayed at the property in March for a few days for Spring Break with our 2 boys (ages 12 & 14). It was a wonderful little home and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was great. The golf cart was a plus and we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. The Key Colony beach club was a 2 min walk and a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach. We watched the sunset at sunset park which was great too! All in all we really enjoyed

Great property and amenities, with the exception of the master bathroom. The shower was extremely weak, and there was no shower door so the floor got wet every time. Very weird set up, there is no bathroom door, it just opens up into the bedroom, and it was extremely small. I never received check in details so had to message Vrbo to get the door code. Other than the bathroom, the stay was good. Loved the golf cart, dock, kitchen and living room. Outdoor space was great too. I would probably not choose this one again though, just because of that weird bathroom set up. :(

Management services was completely uncaring. Ask for life preserver for adults and was told they were in the garage. They weren’t. The kayak leaked and sank while we tried to fish. Do the math! Many lights did not work. As you know it doesn’t take much to destroy one’s confidence. This was an awful experience. Add life preservers, adults and children. Buy a kayak that doesn’t leak. Put air in the bike tires, I bet they are still flat! Clean under the beds. Try to anticipate everyone’s desire for a basic sense of decency for families who have traveled hundreds of miles to vacation. The golf cart tires were all low. The stove counter top is very hard to clean. So unnecessary to care so little. Owner should be notified. So sad.

We would like to clarify the following: - The kayaks do not have any holes and have been used by guests before and after your stay. They are in perfect condition. - We do not advertise life vests and never would have told you that they were in the garage. However, we do offer children's vests as a courtesy. - We verified that the golf cart tires were not flat and were functioning fine.The safety of our guests is very important to us, and we would never want anyone to have a negative experience or to destroy anyone's confidence. We strive for all our guests to enjoy themselves and to provide a 5-star experience. We have a great reputation and over 60 amazing 5-star reviews.
