This canal-front home is yours for the taking and trust us: You'll want it. With a 30-foot dock and access to the private Inch Beach, this home is all about comfort.

Situated in Key Colony Beach, this two-floor half-duplex puts you right by the water. All in all, if you're looking to experience the best of Florida, this spot is for you.

The living room includes a large leather sectional, where you can enjoy cable and free WiFi. Nearby is the kitchen, which features cream-colored cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher as you prepare meals for the entire group. A dining table provides indoor seating space, but there's also seating out on the main-level patio.

The first-floor master suite includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. All of the guest bedrooms are upstairs, and each has a balcony.

With a large patio and an abundance of balconies, this home boasts several spaces to enjoy the waterfront view. Bring along your fishing rods for some fishing off the dock, where there's also a fish cleaning table to fillet your catch. Out on the deck you'll find a small, heated soaking pool to sit in.

Key Colony Beach is the place to go when you're in search of some relaxation. Lounging at exclusive Inch Beach or playing a round of golf at the Key Colony Beach Golf Course is the perfect way to let go of burdensome stress. The property overall was very nice. Perfect size for our family. They changed the couch in the living room but it's better than what is currently shown in the pictures. It is a very nice place. The stay wasn't perfect though. First, the pool was dirty upon our arrival. We texted the house and they said they would take care of it, but never did. Despite multiple requests We eventually had to clean it ourselves (thankfully two of our kids are lifeguards at swims clubs so they know how to do it). Be avised the pool is not heated, but it was still nice (and bigger than than it looks in the pictures) when it was hot outside. Second issue: the washer and dryer. The washer makes a horrific loud noise multiple times during the cycle. It's startling. Would not recommend running it at bedtime. The clothes also come out soaking wet, despite using the drain-and-spin option afterwards. We had to wring them out. And the dryer barely dries anything. Had to run clothes and towels through the dryer multiple times. The washer and dryer need to be updated. They are terrible.Communications with the host were also poor. Granted, there was a transition from Vacasa to Seven Keys at that time, but that shoudln't be an excuse. Still, a very nice place overall, but can't give it 5 stars because of those issues.

Great property great location

This house was perfect for our 3-family vacay. The little hot tub was great, location was good for all activities and place was clean. It didn't have some of the "leftovers" many of the homes we've rented have had (i.e. spices, hair dryer etc) all in all it was great.

Family Vacation

The unit was perfect for a group of seven. We used the pool every afternoon and spent a lot of time paddleboarding in the canal. The rooms were very comfortable and the the place is very roomy and clean.

Fantastic stay!

Very nice place! Very clean, lots of towels and bedding, some beach towels there. Beds were comfortable, kitchen dishes and pans were well stocked. Very little spices there, but as a consumable we planned for that. Grocery stores are within a handful of miles. Very comfortable stay! We even got to see manatees on several different days!

Fantastic Fifth Street

I would recommend this condo for its location in The Keys and ample things to do. The Visitor Center located just a short distance north of Key Colony Beach was a wealth of information and extremely helpful. There were some "minor" problems that were fixed after a day or 2, so it should be ready for future guests.

The House was the perfect size for our growing family vacation. The pictures are accurate and better in person. The layout was ideal. Fish cleaning table and bait freezer downstairs was a huge plus ! Easy access to the ocean and the canal was quiet. We loved it !

Great place for the price.

Comfortable for 8 adults. Only issue was the fire alarms chirped on one night. We fixed easily with a nine volt battery after finding the culprit smoke dectector, recommend owner change all the smoke detector batteries.

Holiday in the keys

Great house. Very clean and we really loved having some basics like paper towels and soap. Very clean with plenty of crisp white sheets and towels. Kitchen has everything. Just need a hairdryer. Would recommend updating sofa.

The house was great! Spacious, clean, comfortable!

Great instructions on how to enter the house. We had a problem with the kitchen faucet, made a call and someone was there within hours. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware and pans. No spices, but we had planned for that. Lots of bedding and plenty of towels, even some beach towels. Great location, we even got to see manatees! Loved it.

Nice but not perfect

House was nice and clean. Some jets and hot tub heater not working which seems to be an ongoing issue, at the moment both houses on the sides; the house on the left and the house on the right are going through some renovations be ready to enjoy loud construction noise coming from both houses.

The furniture was well worn

The location of the rental is nice. This house has a lot of potential, however the furniture was well worn and unable to use some of it due to fear of injury. There are no bathtubs in any of the bathrooms which I wish we had known since we had a toddler. The heating feature of the pool didn’t work.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. The owner has just recently replaced a mattress, and the heating feature does work. It is on a 60 minute timer and will need to be turned back on after that time frame. Thank you!

Good Location; Not Ready for Prime Timr

The condo had a great floor plan and well equipped kitchen. The upstairs furnace was not working, leaving the bedrooms cold at night. The hot tub did not heat and the cover had deterorated, leaving pieces from the bottom in the pool. It took a couple of days to get these problems repaired. The location was perfect for us and the things we wanted to do. We would stay in Key Colony again.

Overall great experience staying here.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The only complaint was the master bedroom matress was horrible. It was the hardest, most uncomfortable matress I've ever slept on. The pillows need replacing as well. One was ok the other...flat as a pancake. Everything else was fantastic. Hot tub was great. Its jets are very low so don't expect high volume jets. It was relaxing sitting in it and watching the channel. Our last night stay we had manatees come right up to our sea wall. So awesome to see. Overall wonderful stay.
