Relax in our cosy Roslyn retreat featuring 2 bedrooms, a small living/dining area, bathroom & kitchenette.

The kitchenette includes an air fryer oven, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster & kettle.

Located beneath a separate accommodation (with its own entrance), some noise may occur - though sound insulation is reasonable and upstairs guests must observe quiet hours.

Depending on your booking method, ID verification & a security deposit of NZD350 may be held (not charged) after booking.

Our standard office hours are typically:
Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm
Sat/Sun: 10am - 4pm

Situated in well sought after suburb of Roslyn, our accommodation is a walkable distance to the Roslyn hub where there is a supermarket and multiple shops and eateries. Reasonably handy also to Moana Pool.

The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.

1 car park for a medium sized car is available in a garage at the top of the property, and there is typically additional parking available on the street, across the road.

You'll have access to the entire space. A locked internal door ensures privacy from the unit above. There are about 20 steps from the garage area to the entry of this unit. Once inside, there is one step up to access the area where the bathroom is.

From the garage, walk down the stairs to the rear of the property to find the entry of this home.

Walk through the entry/laundry area into the open plan kitchenette and living space which has two bedroom coming directly off it. The bathroom is located up a step off this room also.

A heat pump in the living area heats this space, which acts as air conditioning in the warmer months.

A recently added Nespresso machine ensure an extra comfort.
